WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU, PHOOEY!

U.S. Navy Capt. Russell Graef, right, chaplain of the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, and U.S. Navy Corpsman Abraham Diazjacinto jointly cut the cake honoring the 240th birthday of the U.S. Navy. The ceremony was held at the Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point on Tuesday.
