I'm cold! I wasn't when I was in bed, snuggling with the Puffin, but I am now. Gray and rainy morning. Don't think I'm going anywhere today. Anything I was going to do today, can be put off until tomorrow.
Good morning everyone. I was woken, waked up, woken up, have been woken by a real pushy cat at an indecent hour so I have been awake for a while. I hope everyone has a very productive day. This morning I must reschedule my procedure.
On my own I am taking a little survey. Who has had their tonsils removed as a child? My DH and both kids still have their tonsils. I had mine removed when I was 4. In our family the three of them are the ones that get colds, flu, strep throat, bronchitis and pneumonia. They have had it all. I seem have a natural resistance to that stuff. What do you think? I am not saying that I am totally healthy because I definitely have some health things going on.
Hi, Eva! I hope you can get some rest. We have the 'bug man' coming today with a dog. We don't have any bug problems here, but someone must've turned up with bed bugs. I'll just die if we get 'em--we don't have enough money for extermination and buying new matresses etc. It's always a pain waiting all damned day for the office men to come up here to our floors....
Gloria, you sound so cute with Peanut! We didn't get any sleep either (though I wish it was because of a cat). 'Woggy went out for a prescription--of course the doc forgot to call it in for today...
I don't get a lot of colds and I had my tonsils out when I was 5. Of course, I don't go out often and mix with folks. We've been here 10 years and this is only the 2nd cold I've had in all that time. I had a few more in college--some bad, but that was on an inner city campus with lots of people and the bus home.
What procedure do you have to schedule... my mind is going, I swear.

Peanut! Peanut! What rhymes with Peanut?
ReplyDeleteI had mine out when I was 5. I know it's made a big difference through my life. You wouldn't know it from these last few weeks, though!
