Doc wants me to see a physical therapist. Not sure what they can do... And I don't have COPD--YAY. So I have a new inhaler that is hard to figure out how to use--hope I'm doing it right... How is everybody?
Hi Froggy. Glad to hear you don't have COPD. Hoe the mew inhaler makes a difference. PTs can do a lot. There are all sorts of treatments. (I hope they will throw in some massage treatments too.)
Hi and good morning to all the other Ponders. I'll check in again later.
I'm glad I have COPD instead of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The latter is a killer! Anyway, my post yesterday must have hit the internet shredder again. Yesterday, had a CaT Scan with dye and went out for dinner(pizza); tonight, tacos at home. Expecting rain tonight and all-day tomorrow. Froggy, an inhaler that I used a couple of years ago kept me awake all night. Hopefully, that will not be your case. Love to all.
I have something called ADVAIR, so we'll see how it goes. The tv went out this afternoon; trying the to get ahold of 'Woggy so she doesn't have to backtrack to Sears.... sigh--it's always something....
I'm glad that you don't have COPD, Froggy, but I hope you can figure out the new inhaler. I guess you'll find out what the physical therapy can do for you once you start it. I sure hope you get your tv back. A rainy weekend without it will be dismal indeed.
It's 94 degrees here now and it's almost 4pm. Way too hot. I guess I can put the portable heaters away now!
Froggy, I'm also glad you don't have COPD. MIL used an Advair inhaler, and it helped her a lot. If you can get PT, go for it. Like Gloria said, hope they throw in a massage. Amazing what a good massage can do for you. I wonder if there is any way you can get acupuncture? Some may poo-poo acupuncture, but I'm a big believer in the miracles it can work.
Dear Phooey, my big sister had COPD, along with a host of other medical problems, while raising twins on her own. I know how hard COPD is. You are in my prayers every day.
Eva, 94 in your neck of the woods is pretty hot for this time of year, isn't it? Its probably a good 15 degrees cooler just over the hill to the beach!
As for me ... TGIF!!!!! Had a great week at work. I could write pages about what I learn every day and new things turned over to me and how interesting it all is. I am so grateful to the Lord for bringing me to this job and bringing this job to me. And to think I thought it was a waste of my "precious" time to go on this job interview! So glad He is in charge of my life, and not me!
The icing on the cake today was that my brother picked me up at work and treated me to lunch. I love him so much.

ReplyDeleteHi Froggy, glad to hear that you do not have COPD. I know that you were very worried about that. How is the new inhaler working?
ReplyDeleteLittle bit rainy in Seattle today. I got wet waiting for the bus to school. Aren't frogs and wogs supposed to like water???

I love all Ponders, too!
What is everyone doing this weekend?
