Speaking of the government, I came home on the bus today, and announced to Froggy that the president would be in Seattle tomorrow. Froggy said, "Who?"
Yes, the president will be in Seattle, and they have to close the downtown bus tunnel from 9am til 4pm... all day. The bus driver's have to be re-routed, and passengers can't find the bus stops. Thank you, mr. president.
I don't know where else to write this, but wanted to put it on the newest post. I'm gonna be absent from The Pond (probably) until Monday or Tuesday. I'm leaving OKC tomorrow afternoon to see MY BOY and attend his graduation from Berkeley. I'll take pictures and try to check in.
Please wish me safe travel! Mike graduates campus-wide on Saturday, then from his department on Sunday. I'm traveling back to OKC on Monday.
