I second your Yay! When I woke up this morning, the sun was up; I had slept 11 hours. Don't think I've slept that long since I was a teenager. I'll be working long hours the next 2 weeks, but without the extreme pressure of last week. And I'm loving the paychecks!
My boy is arriving on 12/30 for a week! For his schedule, mine, my family members that he his really close with (especially my brother), it is perfect that we have Christmas together during New Year's week. I am SO EXCITED!
Hey, Sir Phooey, I'm puttering around my house today, watching an NCIS marathon! Another Yay!
Now that I've talked about myself, just want to say that the families of everyone murdered in CT are in my prayers. Those murdered are in Heaven, so I pray for their loved ones still here who must deal with the shock and grief. It took me a long time to recover from my husband's sudden death 5 years ago. Sometimes some little thing I see or hear brings that day right back and I have a little grief meltdown. I can NOT imagine how much more painful it would be if my child suddenly was murdered. Prayers.
We love you right back, Surfie deer! We're puttering around, too, throwing out stuff. 'Wogette is trying to do the Christmas cards as my hands still make my writing awful. It's cold and nastyish here--can't seem to keep the place warm. I need a Wolf! He's wonderful--fat, now, and sassy. He's gorgeous.
Page and I will be dog sitting at our daughters through Christmas. So will be off line during that time. Probably 4 days or so. Don't know when we begin. Will miss you all.
Early Merry Christmas, Phooey! I'll be in and out from Tuesday the 18th until Jan. 3rd. We've decided to skip the New Jersey portion of the trip and head straight for Joe's parents' house. We wouldn't be able to do much in Jersey anyway.
Hi Gloria, didn't know that you had beagles. Nifty little dogs. It's good that you have someone that can take care of the babies. We always have to drag ours kicking and meowing all the way to the kennel.

Where's the Phooster? We gotta have a Phooster...
Froggy, I have Essential tremor which makes it difficult for me to type. The med given to me does not work. Need to contact Doctor. Love to all.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, Phoo, will be praying for you. See what the doc can do for you. Lovies!
DeleteOh no, Phoo! I hate to hear this. You're in my prayers always. Love you!
DeleteBit of a slow day at Froggy-Woggie-Wolfie house.
ReplyDeletePond Lovies to everyone.
Hi Surfie, you must be so excited waiting for your boy to visit.
Phooey, Just seeing your name is good enough for me. You don't need to write every day. Just like to know that you are okay.
Don't know what to say about the children, gone from their beloved families. It makes no sense.
Hi y'all. Son (who lives with us) agreed to dog sit tonight and tomorrow. 2 beagles. Peanut is not happy and is in hiding.
