  1. We are Hoppy, Happy Frogs at The Pond. We, once again, have a Republican President. Donald Trump worked very hard to become our President. Some of the bad things, such as ObamaCare, will now change. Froggy and I are so excited about the coming changes. Don't know if we can go back to bed. Froggy is glued to TV coverage. I have to go back to bed because I have to get up early. Just don't believe what's going on!

  2. Hallelujah!!!!

I stuck it out until Trump made his speech and then went to bed. Woke up a couple of hours later and couldn't go back to sleep due to extreme excitement.

I just hope the sore losers in this country give him a break.

  4. Question: Is it possible to overdose on happy?

President Elect Donald J. Trump. Phooey is cancer free. My beautiful niece Rachel's biopsy came in yesterday - benign. My work is busy as a bee - I got to rehire 2 employees we had to lay off, and hired 2 new ones today.

Answer: No, it is not possible to overdose on happy!!!!!

  5. How wonderful, Surfie! And, Phooey, I'll have many more years to adore you! Yes, there's no overdosing on happiness.

Hopefully, our culture is not so far gone that it can't heal. As I watch the protests on TV and listen to the vitriol coming from the media, I can only shake my head.

  6. Seems that our Pond Family is Blessed with good news!

I still don't get that dems don't like Trump, and don't like Republicans. They actually hate Trump, and he hasn't done anything yet. They obviously don't know the basic difference between the two groups. I told Sis that it's like divide and conquer...keep both sides angry at the opposition. Around Seattle we have the socialist stepping into the gap. Are people really that stupid? Don't they know that socialist is a step to communist? Scary stuff going on!

    1. All I can say is that the many people in my family who voted for Hillary are truly in deep shock and pain. All except one are millenials. I spent two days talking my own son down off the emotional ledge. None of them are stupid people. They have grown up in a world dominated by socialists/globalists in the education system and mainstream press. My son was homeschooled by conservative parents. His worldview changed in college.

You know what every single one of them is upset about? The fact that Hillary should never have been the nominee! They are seriously ticked off at the Democrat Party establishment.

Here's the point I made to them that helped them calm down: Bernie Sanders was not skilled or powerful enough to take Hillary down. The 16 people DJT ran against in the Republican primaries were also not skilled or powerful enough to take Hillary down. Only one man could bring her down, and he/we did! Now, with the Clinton Crime Syndicate destroyed, perhaps the Democrat party can rebuild itself. SERIOUSLY, that is what made them calm down and say they would give President Trump a chance.

I believe that, during President Trump's first 100 days, they will see the truth about him. Certainly during the first year. I believe this because they are not stupid people and will be able to see the renaissance as it unfolds.

      Color me happy!
