God bless you Frog and Wog. It was such a sigh of relief to come to the Pond and see you had posted. Don't know what's involved with you two finding a new place, but you are in my prayers while you go through the process that it will be a blessing and go smooth as silk.
LOVE YOU FROG AND WOG!
While our hostesses are getting organized, let's keep the Pond going. Chime in, Ponders. What's going on in your lives?
Hi folks. I am a little confused about "may need to make a new home for us" Do you mean a different blog site or that Wog and Froggy are looking for a new home?
Still dealing with Scott's vision problems. I am worried about him. Our insurance changed so I am trying to figure that out for him since he cannot read paper work. I wish we had not changed policies. Navigating this stuff is scary. I have always relied on him to read documents and explain to me. That is all for now.
I know what you mean, Gloria. All of our insurance (medical, dental & vision) comes from Joe's former employer. Whenever he gets anything in the mail, he just hands it to me and I try and figure it out. Usually, once I get a handle on it, something changes. I'm terrified of missing a deadline or misunderstanding a clause and screwing everything up. When my mind completely closes up, I call the 800 number, wait forever and then turn into a total airhead with a quaver in my voice to get my questions answered. It's exhausting!
Dear Ladies, you will never know the comfort I've received knowing you were praying for Page. Within the last month she was taken to the Emer. Room, had her gall bladder removed, a double heart bypass and valve repaired, suffered a stroke during the operation, could not or would not eat. She is now in Rehab. and slowly progressing. My love for each of you words cannot convey.
Phooey, I put a pray request on the Faith wall at The Connection for Page. Not many originals left but a few prayer warriors are still there and faithful to prayers. Linda aka EC
Phooey, thank you for letting us know about Paige. After so many year of marriage and everything you have been through together she is your life. Will continue to pray for both of you dear ones. Shalom.
Is there any update on the Sisters? I have been wondering about them. Does anyone want my email address? Is our blog over? That part about needing to make a new home troubles me. Hope someone sees this and answers.
Thanks goodness you're alright. Thanks for letting us know!
ReplyDeleteI woke up Friday feeling so great and felt better and better as the day went on. The Obamas are gone. Hallelujah!

DeleteDear ladies, Please pray for Page. She had heart surgery yesterday and has not awakened yet...... they are doing an EEG now.
ReplyDeleteOh G-d, Phooey! Praying madly. Please keep us informed.
DeletePhooey, so sorry to hear of Page's surgery. Will begin to pray and believe for her recovery.

Frog Sisters, we would like to know about you too.
ReplyDeleteSo glad to get the update, Phooey. I've been thinking about you and Page every day. Slow and steady is the way to full recovery. I know she can do it!
