I love Phoo Rowdies, too, Phoo--that's what friends do--they understand. I have terrible changes with my meds--they've made me completely lose my mind--I don't even remember most of last year (I even called a doctor the b-word which I would NEVER do normally. My sis says I'm usually a very gracious person, but not that day!)
People think you're okay because you're addressing things in the present--but that's just not true (look at what I'd posted on Lucianne that time!--that's just not me, either) It takes a lot for people to understand; I want you to know I do.
Drink can do it to you, too--you know that--but you need to be especially careful because you tried Ambien? (Any of the new-age sleep aids can do it--Halcyon, Lunestra etc.) It can cause sleep walking and out-of-it-states; I broke my left arm very badly when I fell while taking it... be careful--we love you and need you here!
