God bless our good pond frogs!

Have a blessed Sunday, friends!

  1. What a beautiful rose! Looks like a Peace Rose, one of my favorites. A man in my office has a huge rose garden. He brings all we girls roses about once a week. We show up with roses on our desks. It's a real treat.

I'm planning on having an easy day today. Just noodling around, getting food ready for next week, planting new things on my patio, and I get my usual Sunday phone chat with my son.

The biggest task I got accomplished yesterday was having my car serviced & repaired. I love my little car, and she is purring like a kitten. I do need new tires, though. Real life keeps intruding on my fun money!

  2. Happy Day, everyone.

I am hoping that Eva has a nice trip with no airport hassles. Be healthy Eva and enjoy your visit with your Dad and grand nephew.

This is June already, and I am wondering if we will see much sun this year. The raspberries have grown so much that they are drooping on the ground.

    5. Gloria, you really need to read a lot regarding making wine. It's easy once you get the sanitization part done. It's a fun hobby. Wine is easy to make.... beer difficult.

  4. Oh, what I would give to have raspberry vines! They are one of my favorite fruits and so expensive. When they get affordable in the grocery store, they are usually old and moldy on the bottom. Eat fresh berries for me!

    1. I confess to eating a lot of berries right off the bush especially when they first begin to ripen. I will gladly share, just swing by when you are in the neighborhood.

I make plenty of jam for us and the grandkids. I still have frozen berries from last year.
