Froggy, just rest. I'm so sorry you all are getting hit by the heat wave now. It makes everything worse. It's hard to find a comfortable position in bed. You, too, are in my prayers.
I'm packing today for my trip home to Georgia tomorrow. I'm also cooking a couple of meals for Joe to have while I'm gone. I think I've gotten all the extra cat supplies and other extras for the time I'm gone so he doesn't run out of anything.
Once I get to Georgia, I'm not going to have much of a rest. Monday morning, I'll go with my niece to my great-nephew's "school" orientation (he's only 2). Tuesday is my dad's cystoscopy. He'll have a few uncomfortable days after that and I want to keep an eye on him. Then, I guess, we'll deal with whatever the results of the test show. I don't know how soon they'll tell him.
I'll check in later and see how everyone is doing. 'Wog, how is Wolfie doing in this weather?

Froggy; that is great news that your foot is healing nicely! However, I understand what a drag it must be to suffer being bandaged up in this heat. Here, across the state we have AC everywhere. It's supposed to be 102 today. I'm so ready for fall!
Wog, you are like the energizer bunny! Hope you stay well. I don't like to do housework like you and Surfie and Phoo. However, I love a quiet house. Then I can contemplate which part of the house I should start cleaning first.
