Good morning, everyone! It's a gray day here this morning. I wish it were a cool, gray day, but no such luck. Yesterday the high was 96. Hopefully, today will be better.
I'm a little out of it. I just couldn't sleep last night. I got in bed at 10 when Joe went in and I must have slept some, but at 1am, I couldn't lie there anymore. I came into the living room and started reading. I read until 3 and then went back. Puffin and Bambu were very unsettled by my actions. Makes me wonder just what they had planned!
Time to get going. I'll check back later.

Of course, the voting is making us all in a wretched mood! Our Wolfie taps on my arm in the night, and wakes me up, or he meows if he's ignored. Froggy warned me not to feed him every time he asks.

The youtube video above is actually about a woman who was complaining about the deer crossing signs. She called into a radio station, and even the disc jockey was stunned by her comments. ;) If you get a chance, check it out. :)
Today I heard Rush say that California under reported their unemployment numbers last time by 46,000. That might explain that suspicious unemployment rate of 7.8, right before the election! I've never felt more betrayed by any president and his cronies than I have by this bunch of Chicago thugs!
