This picture brought back a memory of my darling departed Boomer. After I had cooked a meal, either on top of the stove or in the oven, he'd jump up and curl in between the burners. He loved the warmth. I was always worried that he'd get up there too soon and burn himself, but he was smarter than that. I miss him.
Good morning, Ponders! It's a bright, sunny day here in southern CA, with moderate temps. Yay!
I'm feeling so good about the reaction to last night's debate. I think there's going to be a shift in the winds today, more solidly toward Romney. I've heard people say they were turned off by Obama's snarkiness and I've heard people say they just want a change more than they're "sold" on Romney.
I told my husband last night that sometimes I think I have trouble seeing the big picture because I'm so conservative. I always liked Mitt, but I seem to keep looking for my "perfect conservative". The Country is center-right and we need someone who those less conservative than I can relate to.
Good morning Ponders. I feel encouraged after last night. I think Obama showed his thuggish self.
Eva, I know how you feel. It seems like we are surrounded by a sea of liberals. We live on the left coast but yesterday I heard that Oregon is in play. Oregon? We have legalized marijuana and same sex marriage on the ballot this year. According to the local news the polls show those passing. If they pass, San Francisco here we come. I voted for Mitt in the 2008 primary. I was so sure of my vote that I sent my mail in ballot early. THEN he dropped out. Looking back maybe it had to be that way in order for the people to learn a hard lesson.
Good morning everyone. Tickling a frog foot. No thanks for breakfast cat.... I'll pass.

DeleteSorry, Eva--it's hard to remember babies. It's been almost 2 years with Boris and it's just now getting a bit easier. 'Woggy still tears up...
DeleteI love you, Phoobers!

Gloria, OREGON is in play? Wow! Never thought I'd hear that in my lifetime. My Colorado has buckled down, too and cannot be Obama-guaranteed.
