Good Morning Pond Friend.. Where's our Phoo-report?
I'm at school - doing homework, of course. Rumor is that we will have a fire drill today. I'm prepared to go out in the cold and rain and fog. See everyone later.
The procedure didn't happen. Yesterday morning I awoke wanting to puke. Took my nausea pills with a glass of wine to keep the pills down. That was a no-no. After 5-6 hours waiting in a cold waiting room I was told absolutely no alcohol was permissible for the prior two days.(And I was aware of the rules) Truly an embarrassing moment for me. Morning nausea is common for me.
Don't think I will be drinking that mixture for a long time 'Wog. But will take some of Froggy's sugar! Sorry to disappoint Page, my Doc, and all of you.
I'm not disappointed with you, Phoo; I think you did the best you could. I think you're disappointed with yourself--stop that. It's just a test! There are always more.
Can I stay over maybe an hour? Only if you are okay. I never want to do homework when I get home?
Who or what is a Snort? Does Wolfie have a brother? Or is it some other kind of animal? I know that he was on my bed in the night...tromping around! I knew he was basically BAD!
Geez, Froggy, you got me all scared when I started reading this post. I'm so relieved that you got back to your happy self after eating something. SMOOCH!
Phooey, let me join in the chorus of asking you to let your Phoo boo-boo go. As an old pastor of mine used to tell me when I messed up: "Take the nail out of your foot!"
Do you all remember the guy at work who had a work accident and we thought he was going to lose his finger? I saw him today. He didn't lose his finger. It's looking terrific! It will probably be a couple of months before his doc releases him to come back to work. He's getting workers comp. pay, but still an employee of ours. Today, he was eligible for me to sign him up for insurance! Our company pays 80% of Blue cross ... and pays 100% for vision, dental, and a $10,000 life insurance policy. (This may all change if Romney doesn't win and repeal Obamacare). It was a great end to my day at work.
I just dipped into the Pond for my daily swim and wound up yammering again. LOVE YOU PONDERS!
I join with Surfie, I got all nervous reading the posts. Are you really okay, Froggy? I know you always feel better if 'Wog is there and she is a dear/deer for coming home early.
Oh, Phoo, I'm sorry you had to drink that nasty stuff and be "tied" to the bathroom all for naught.
I can't believe the news I've been hearing today about the attack in Libya. This Administration is just appalling! That weasel Jay Carney blatantly says we never heard what we heard or saw what we saw coming out of the White House and State Dept. A Republican President would be tarred and feathered for such negligence (although I find it hard to believe a Republican would ever be this stupid). As much as I pray for a Romney win, I shudder to think of what he's going to have to face. He will inherit a much worse situation than Obama ever did and he's too much of a gentleman to say so.
Good Morning Pond Friend..

ReplyDeleteI'm having spells and am very weak is all. Don't worry--I ate something and I feel better; my blood sugar was probably low. I was able to feed Snort.
