  2. I'm still down with a head cold. We're praying for Gloria's safe trip.

    How are you, Fellow Frogs?

  3. I'm gonna watch the second night of the Westminster Dog Show tonight instead of Obama. He's just going to lie about everything. I can't handle it.

Feel better Froggy. I'll be thinking about you. Is Da Wolf keeping you company?

    1. Yes, and he's good company, too. You ought to see him chase his mouse--and 'Woggy-- round and round!

  4. Hi Phooey and Eva, seems that everyone has something else to watch tonight besides the president. We won't be watching either. Froggy will find us something more interesting...and truthful! What's the point of listening to lies?

  5. NEWS FROM THE NEWS:
'WOG says: You can't fix stupid! Interesting article. If you have time, read the whole thing.

Maryland proposal to claim copyright on students' work prompts backlash, legal review by Barnini Chakraborty

"A proposal recently floated by the Prince George's County Board of Education would give them the copyright to anything created by teachers, students and employees before, during and after school hours.

A child's project, but also an online app or lesson plan a teacher creates, could be fair game.

According to a draft of the proposal obtained by FoxNews.com, "Works created by employees and/or students specifically for use by the Prince George's County Public School or a specific school or department within PGCPS, are properties of the Board of Education even if created on the employee's or student's time and with use of their materials."

  6. I'll probably click between the SOTU, NCIS, and Westminster Dog Show.

Froggy, sure hope you feel better soon. I saw something the other day that said a teaspoon with honey and some cinnamon helped colds. Never tried that one before.

Ever heard of this: ThunderSnow. There were storms out in the Texas/OK panhandle area this morning. It was snowing and thundering at the same time!

Started snowing here around 9 AM. Big, fat snowflakes. Still snowing, and it is beautiful. The roads/highways are just very wet right now, but will freeze over tonight. If it's really slick in the morning, I'll hitch a ride with our Production Manager who lives a few blocks from me. I won't mind because he's a big, sexy man! I'm almost old enough to be his grandmother. Hey, I'm old but I'm not dead and it's OK to look! :)

  7. Snow has now changed to sleet.

WOG, about your news in the news. Seriously? I guess students now have to copyright their essays and term papers before submitting. Which they can't do, given time constraints. People are getting FED UP. I'm guessing this won't stand. Hope so.

    1. NCIS & Dog Show are over. I'm watching SOTU until I fall asleep.

    2. Surfie, it wouldn't have occurred to me to copyright my school work. Now I would copyright everything before I turned in an assignment. I couldn't resist posting this article. It was just so much silliness.

Glad you got just enough snow to look pretty. It probably snows about like it does in Denver. I only remember a couple times that snow kept us home.
