Hi Ponders, Sis and I are sitting and sweating. Fans are blowing the hot air around the room. I am dreaming of a cool day at the beach. Wind blowing through my hair. Cool ocean water splashing on my legs. Someone has the BBQ going. Smells good. I'm hungry for ribs and potato salad and watermelon.
Froggy found a re-run pre-season football game of our Denver Broncos. Comes on tonight. Anything to stay away from politics for a while.

Having a beach vacation in a warm beachy place is my dream. I want to do that with my family.
I will share a good thing with my friends. Our son Steve has been doing so well with his sobriety. It was hard work at first. He wanted it enough to keep going. The longer he is clean the more "normal" he seems. I there is such a thing as normal.
Good Morning Ponders, I heard on talk radio last night that Aetna was dropping out of Obamacare. You have to wonder why any of them sign up in the first place. Does anyone know more abut this?
Also we are watching the Olympics decathlon today. A lady that I worked with ...her son is competing. His name is Jeffery Taiwo. Would love to see him win!
