Good Morning, friends! ;-)

  1. Good morning, all! I guess I'm going to be a little out of it today. I got up a 4am to take Joe to LAX for his visit home. One good thing about going at that hour: no (or hardly any) traffic. Even in Hollywood! I tried to go back to sleep when I got home, but Joe called before he boarded the plane to see if I got back okay. Sheesh! I love the guy, but that was the end of my being able to go back to sleep. Maybe I can get a nap later.

  2. SILLY ME! Froggy,I didn't see this beautiful summer pic, and I posted below under the cute kitty. So I copied my message and will put it here where it belongs.

(I am at school and my nose is running! Big pain. Don't have enough kleenex for the whole day.

Froggy, I will try to get you some strawberrys and angel food on way home. And I'll get me some of those "stop-your-nose-from-running" pills.)

If I don't get a hearing aid soon, I'll have to join Woggy-holics Anonymous.

  3. 'Wog, ever see those silly commercials where you can send away for some sort of amplified thingamajig that gives you the ability to hear what others are saying about you? I mean, that's what the commercial makes it sound like the product is for. Some guy is walking down the street and can hear women talking about how cute he is. Or, there's one where a woman is walking around the pool in a bikini and can hear other women talk about how hot she is. Yeah, right!

  6. Eva, I've seen commercials like that. Only we are all immune to the spiel. "If you order today, we'll double your order for $19.95!" The price is tempting, but the product probably sucks, or the batteries die every other day.

Is everyone staying cool...in the air-conditioning? Do you think the heat makes the week seem longer?

Dance Moms has started again. Hope to watch it tonight if I can stay awake.

  8. I watch the Dance Moms re-runs and don't get tired of them. That woman who runs it is a real terror. She scares me to death!

  9. Eva, I like Miss Abby, but I wouldn't want to be one of her dance moms. And the little girls are amazing. It's the chaos that makes her show interesting. Not really sure how much is a scripted for TV, and how much is for real. I know a little about how it works, but I don't want to spoil anything.

Go online, and look up Abby Lee Miller Dance Studio. Her mother was a dance instructor who owned seven studios. Miss Abby started her dance studio at the age of 14.
