Democrats Responsible For Black Culture of Anger

FBI and U.S. Justice Dept. statistics confirm that blacks are 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against whites than whites are to commit violence against blacks. Ninety percent of the victims of race crimes are white.
What are the consequences of the Democratic Party keeping black Americans stewing in their well-crafted culture of anger? Blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery. Blacks are three times more likely to use a handgun and twice as likely to use a knife. Forty-five percent of black crime is against whites, 43 percent against other blacks, and 10 percent against Hispanics. Who can deny that black criminals are angry at whites and fellow blacks? Blacks are seven times more likely to end up in prison.

...That said, the president's criticism of the Supreme Court justices does find support in the political doctrine of "Positivism." The positivist theory, developed in Germany following the First World War, holds that a natural law, or the rule of law, simply does not exist. The idea that men are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights is therefore patently absurd.
"In short, every single tenet of the traditional conception of the rule of law is represented as a metaphysical superstition. ... The law by definition consists exclusively of deliberate commands of a human will." The legislature is not bound by precedent, by custom or tradition, or by considerations of justice. In short, a "law" was that which merely stated that whatever a certain authority did should be legal. The problem thus became one of mere legality. By the turn of the century it had become accepted doctrine that the "individualist" ideal of the substantive Rechtsstaat was a thing of the past, "vanquished by the creative powers of national and social ideas. ... This new formulation, known as the "pure theory of law" ... signaled the definite eclipse of all traditions of limited government. [2]

Only One President Has Ever Ignored a SCOTUS Order

Allow me to remind the American people of the only US President who violated a SCOTUS order, and the despicable outcome of his actions.
It was 1830, and Andrew Jackson, the founder of the Democratic Party, had signed the "Indian Removal Act of 1830." The Democrats were pretty rattled that the heathens had prospered, especially the "Five Civilized Tribes." The Trail Of Tears it was dubbed, for after the Supreme Court had ordered Jackson to stand down, the Army marched in and literally stole everything the "Five Civilized Tribes" had built (These tribes were the Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Muscogee-Creek, and Seminole).
Between 1831 and 1839, the Army had forced nearly 50,000 Indians to march west, many dying along the way. But in 1831, SCOTUS ruled on behalf of the Cherokee Nation, in Cherokee Nation v. Georgia. Mr. Jackson became the only President to ignore a SCOTUS order, and the deaths of thousands of Cherokees followed. The ruination of their businesses, culture, and theft of their lands was the outcome. Those lands were ostensibly given to whites, while the Cherokees and the four other tribes were forcibly marched west to uncharted territory and left to die.
Mr. Jackson was succeeded by another Democrat, Martin VanBuren, who had been Jackson's Secretary of State. He followed in his predecessor's footsteps and made sure that the slaughter and theft of land, businesses, and pride continued long after Mr. Jackson got the ball rolling.
Oddly, the primary reason the Cherokees were forced out was the discovery of Gold in Georgia-and the leadership in Georgia, who followed the newly formed Democratic Party, couldn't have uppity dark skinned people gaining more strength and power than they already had, with their burgeoning businesses, and production of grains, textiles, and more. Among the Five Civilized Tribes, tens of thousands were placed in what we today know as concentration camps and/or marched from Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia, Louisiana, and other areas not yet states, to places west that would become "reservations." This from the party who fought tooth and nail later against the abolition of slavery and who later brought us the KKK,
The reason we have a Government with three divisions, all with equal power under the law is simple; it is a system of checks and balances, to ensure that things like the Trail Of Tears don't occur ever again. Odd how this current president has violated the Constitution continually without serious friction from Congress or SCOTUS -- and now that there is potential friction, his dander is up. Let's hope SCOTUS isn't ignored by this President, as we all know the potential outcome when that happens. Obama's threat leveled at SCOTUS is in line with the founder of his party, and their longstanding belief that they are above the Constitution, and that the division of powers, as outlined in the Constitution of The United States of America.

Of course, Obama doesn't have a grudge against the Cherokees, Choctaws, Seminoles etc. He doesn't have a grudge against Mexicans, African-Americans, Canadians, Hondurans, Columbians, Pakistanis, East Indians, Muslims, Indonesians, Maylays, Iranians, Russians or Chinese etc. here--nor especially should he... However, we need to take heed of the people here in America that he does hate: white people, white wealthy people, white Republican people. If there's going to be another tragedy, that's where I'd put my money.

Barack Obama has had one passion that has been consistent over the years: himself. His healthy self-regard is well-known by now. From the omnipresent posters of his jutting face to the spectacle of the Democratic National Convention with Styrofoam Greek columns to the disgraceful alteration of the official presidential seal during the 2008 campaign to his constant presence on our airwaves (Really, do we care about his sports commentary? Or his brackets in the NCAA tournaments?), we know that this is a man with a hunger for the spotlight.

OWS mess.
Surveillance video captured Occupy Wall Street demonstrators just before 8 p.m. on March 14 dragging large quantities of human urine and feces in containers to an open-air plaza at the corner of Nassau and Cedar Streets in Lower Manhattan, then pouring the waste down the stairs there. In a separate incident the same night, approximately 20 minutes later, one of the suspects entered a Chase ATM vestibule on Water Street and poured the human waste inside the vestibule.
Obama said: "You know, if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon".
Yes, it was easy to make political hash out of Trayvon Martin--but I bet Mister President wouldn't be so quick to own any of these men. He just used Trayvon--and most people are too unmindful to know it.
As a mother, my capacity for empathy does not stop at only those who physically resemble my children. More

I am sure there are many Americans who have no idea nor care what “The Draft International Covenant on Environment and Development” (DICED) is. They should. Some call the Draft Covenant “Agenda 21 on steroids” while others see it as the “Environmental Constitution of global governance.”
The first version of the Covenant was presented to the United Nations in 1995 on the occasion of its 50th anniversary. It was hoped that it would become a negotiating document for a global treaty on environmental conservation and sustainable development.
The fourth version of the Covenant, issued on September 22, 2010, was written to control all development tied to the environment, “the highest form of law for all human activity.’
The Covenant’s 79 articles, described in great detail in 242 pages, take Sustainable Development principles described in Agenda 21 and transform them into global law, which supersedes all constitutions including the U.S. Constitution...

Iraqi Teenagers Stoned to Death for "Emo" Haircuts
A group of armed men dressed in civilian clothing led dozens of teenagers to secluded areas a few days ago, stoned them to death, and then disposed their bodies in garbage dumpsters across the capital, according to activists. The armed men are said to belong to “one of the most extremist religious groups” in Iraq. “First they throw concrete blocks at the boy's arms, then at his legs, then the final blow is to his head, and if he is not dead then, they start all over again,” one person who managed to escape told Al-Akhbar.
Iraq's moral police was granted approval by the Ministry of Education to enter Baghdad schools and pinpoint students with such appearances, according to the interior ministry's statement. The exact death toll remains unclear, but Hana al-Bayaty of Brussels Tribunal, an NGO dealing with Iraqi issues, said the current figure ranges "between 90 and 100." "What's most disturbing about this is that they're so young," she said. Al-Bayaty said the killings appear to have been carried out by extremist Shia militias in mostly poor Shia neighborhoods and said she suspected "there's complicity of the Ministry of Interior in the killings." Photos of the victims were released on Facebook, causing panic and fear among Iraqi students.
A young man with long hair expressed alarm at the government-ordained harassment of teenagers with Western appearances. “I have long hair but that doesn't mean I'm an Emo. I'm not less of a man if I have long hair. Let's not say that if I have long hair, I'm a homosexual, but I have long hair because this is my style, this is me," he told Iraq's Al-Sharqiya television network. Safiyyah al-Suhail, an MP, said on Thursday that "some students have been recently arrested because they were wearing American jeans or had Western haircuts." The interior ministry has not disclosed the number of teenage victims, but released a follow-up statement on Thursday warning extremists "not to step on public freedom of Iraqis."
News of the gruesome deaths drew a stern reaction from Iraq's prominent Shia cleric, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, who criticized the stoning of the young men as "an act of terrorism. The Director of the Moral Police of the Interior Ministry released a statement, saying "The 'Emo phenomenon' or devil worshiping is being followed by the Moral Police who have the approval to eliminate [the phenomenon] as soon as possible since it's detrimentally affecting the society and becoming a danger."
'Emo' comes from the English word 'emotional' and the phenomenon is popular among teenagers not only in Iraq, but in most societies. They use their appearances and movements as a method to express their emotions and embody their will and their view of life in their behavior. Colonel Mushtaq Taleb al-Mahemdawi said: "The Emo Phenomenon was discovered a while back by members of our force in Baghdad. A report has been made and given to the Ministry of Interior to receive an approval to carry on with the investigation and to know how to eliminate the phenomenon."
He added: "The Ministry of Interior took this situation very seriously and received an approval from the Ministry of Education to set a plan under my full supervision and to allow us to enter schools in the capital." "There are some cases of the spread of this phenomenon specifically among schools in Baghdad, but we are facing great difficulty in the lack of women on the force who would allow us to carry the investigation more accurately since the phenomenon is more popular among girls between the ages of 14 and 18."

The first of the posthumous Breitbart tapes debuted last night on Hannity, and today on Breitbart.com. You can tell the left is concerned by the fact that:
1. Journ-O-lister Ben Smith, now running Buzzfeed, pre-empted the debut by licensing the same tape from WGBH TV in Boston, and running it, minus a couple of shots, and then rushed to dismiss its significance.
2. There has been a rush to conclude that this is much ado about nothing, despite the fact that many more tapes are in prospect.
The gist of the tapes is that in 1991, when he was president of the Harvard Law Review, 30 year old Obama spoke in front of a rally of his admiration for radical professor Derrick Bell, and hugged him in front of the crowd and said: "Open up your hearts and your minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell."
Bell was the first tenured black professor at Harvard, and a constant activist for radical positions, demonizing whites. He demanded more hiring of black radicals on the law school faculty (the rally Obama spoke at was protesting a decision not to offer tenure to a black woman), and he eventually left Harvard Law School.
There is also a shocking tape of a lecture by prominent black Harvard Law professor Charles Ogletree, in which he boasted of covering up the tape in the 2008 election. "We hid this during the election," he said. It is unclear exactly who is included in "we" in this case. Could one Barack Obama be part of that group?
In fact, the footage had appeared in a PBS Frontline documentary, making no impact whatsoever upon the national conversation, a fact which the program's underwriters ought to ponder.
Breibart promised before his death to finally vet Obama. What the mainstream media will never admit is that the public persona of Obama they have collaborated in producing is a mere facade. We live in uneasy times, leading to skepticism about whether we are being told the truth. Certainly the public overwhelmingly distrusts the media.
The agenda inherited from Andrew is to reconstruct an image of Obama that makes sense to people better than the image of a basketball-loving guy with a great smile and sense of humor. The fact is that Obama has spent his adult life marinating in the sewage of race hatred and class envy spewed by the left, relentlessly.
There is more to come. The predicate has been laid.
Update: J. Christian Adams of PJ Media points to another tape showing black students occupying a Dean's office as part of the same effort to force tenure for a black professor who didn't earn it. One of the students seen occupying the office looks a lot like Michelle Obama. Adams writes that he has seen this tape on Betamax at higher resultion, and that there is little doubt Michelle is one of the occupiers.
