All your friends are praying you have a safe trip!

  1. Sorry I haven't been around today--I've had another bad med reaction with some of the new stuff my Doc prescribed... I guess I know which ones not to take; I'm throwing it out, too! I'm fine, but I'm uncomfy and I have my stickers out. Eva, we're going to miss you here terribly! Can you get on the 'Net from time to time at home where you'll be? We'd love to hear from you--and please have a lovely, lovely trip. I'll be praying an extra Sh'ma for you!

  2. Thanks, Froggy, but don't worry. First of all, I'm not going yet. I just needed to be sure Boomer was taken care of. We're leaving on December 18th.

Of course, I'll still be logging in no matter where we are. My in-laws have an ancient computer, but it still works. Plus, I'm bringing my laptop so that I can use it wherever there's wifi.

I've been dizzy all day today. Maybe I'm just dehydrated. I guess I need even more water. It could be the dry weather, too. I'm all itchy. Or I could be having sympathy symptoms to Boomer. He tilts to the side, so I tilt to the side :)

Are you feeling any better, Froggy?

  3. Frankly, no, I could throw something through a glass window I'm so uncomfortable, but it'll pass. As soon as I get past when my next dose would've been, it'll start to fade. Check your BP if you've been dizzy, hon. Are you eating okay? Take a Benedryl...

  4. Hi guys. Froggy I am sorry you are not feeling well tonight. Eva, I wish I could figure out what causes dizziness. The nurse said that it is probably just vertigo. Just? I hate that feeling of the room spinning. Ug.

Remember the old cat in the musical Cats? His name was Old Deuteronomy. Cool name. It fits grumpy cat. I wonder what Deuteronomy means.
I am pooped tonight. My thoughts are rambling.

  5. Good evening everyone. :) Sorry you all are feeling lousy. :( That dizzy feeling is awful; I get it in the spring sometimes due to allergies. It really gets me off kilter too.

Froggy, I remember years ago I had a reaction to something and I had hives for a whole week. I was in misery. The doctor couldn't find the right meds to help me. I needed a distraction to help me forget my discomfort, and I found it in romance novels. Seriously, it took my mind off my pain. I'd finish my books and send my hubby to the store for more. So, I hope you can find something to distract you while you're waiting out the discomfort. I know this is something you've been through before, but that doesn't make it any less miserable. Hopefully, you've got some go-to distractions that will help you too. :)

Hope tomorrow is a better day for everyone. :)
