I'm here taking a break. While I was gone BG's toilet started leaking so I replaced the wax ring earlier today but it is still leaking I'm not sure why. Could be the wax is so cold it may take a while to form a solid seal or I'll have to pull it again and check for chips and cracks on the bottom of the toilet. Yikes! Everyone is having bathroom troubles :) Just got back from the vet. The boys aren't happy at all and they hate me, but I'm pretty sure they're healthy! Won't know for sure until the blood tests come back, but everything else checked out fine. Next, I have to make an appt. for the old man (Boomer). NOT looking forward to that at all. I'm going to schedule it for when my husband can go with us.
Now I'm off to the grocery store. Froggy, glad to hear you got all that sleep! Let's hear it for the pills!
I am sitting here laughing. Yeah, who doesn't like meatloaf??? It's comfort food, right? I am certainly comfortable. mmm, mmm Froggy, I used a hand mixer.
Gloria I never thought of that!!! Hope you didn't mind my comment ,last week my sisters and I were talking abut Mom and stuff she did that we still do and dinner came up we all agree we still serve meat,starch and 2 vegs and salads don't count. So we polled the 5 brothers and got the same answer! Mom was 10 for 10 on that tradition! So we polled her grand kids and got 24 out of 30 agreeing! the 6 that didn't are vegetarians.LOL
A meatloaf sandwich is a slice of Heaven. I make meatloaf like my Mom did, with bacon slices and drizzles of ketchup on top. I'm not a fan of meatloaf slathered in ketchup, probably because that's now how Mom made it.
Froggy you take your pill and I will have a little glass of wine. Here's to Meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow. Surfie, I love your idea of putting bacon over the top. I intend to try it next time. Meatloaf and bacon. Yum.
Hey, wait a minute. isn't Surfie supposed to be on the road to OKC?
I don't eat ketchup... but I make an exception for meatloaf and scrambled eggs. Love a big slice of meatlof with a big splash of ketchup. And look what we learned this evening: Froggy's like meatloaf! Who knew!
i AM on the road to OKC. I posted from my motel room here in Flagstaff where they have free wi-fi. Heading out this morning for a quick side trip to the Grand Canyon and then on to Albuquerque for my next stop.
Wow, 'wog gave me a couple of her pills... I slept until just now, wow... I sure feel better! Love that 'wog; she takes such good care of me!

Just put a meatloaf in the oven for dinner. Maybe a spinach salad too. Have to make some mac and cheese for the person who doesn't like meatloaf.
Who doesn't like meatloaf? With ketchup. We're dying for one--I just hate getting meat all over my hands.... We love 'em....all frogs do...
