    1. Good morning to all. That is certainly a happy hoppy little frog. Rain AGAIN here and probably through the end of the week - yuk!

Froggy, just remember - baby steps. We are all behind you.

Phooey, the last time I was at my daughter's house we were sitting down to dinner. Eight kids, Mom, Dad and Gram squeezing around. As I sat down the kids began to snicker and laugh because Gram had chosen the "chair of shame." ...Oooh, the shame.

    2. Thank you, Gloria. After your question--if I'd even tried to go to the doctor and had to turn back--I felt bad. I can barely walk down the hall to my bedroom--and I'm terrified of falling in the shower. I can't go downstairs to get the mail. My muscle relaxants don't fix that--and my doc doesn't believe in pain pills, so I just have to do the best I can. I sure don't pop back like I did when I was young! I appreciate your understanding. I am now just up to the point where I can do my exercises everyday--and it was a long work up to that. Standing up long enough to wash my hands starts the pain that makes my whole left side weak. This is just very frustrating. I really like having people I can talk to about it. Thank you ;-)

Phooey, hush! You can be a frogster!

    4. Phooey, I had to look up Peter Sellers, a very funny man! Those famous words were from "A Shot in the Dark"

  2. Hi Phooey, Hi Gloria...
    Anyone else up?
Quick update before class starts. I heard on the TV that Mitt Romney spent the night in Seattle. (He was in Portland yesterday.)

So this morning I got on bus for school. Three blocks from the house, we passed a hotel on a one-way street. There were 4-5 big black SVUs parked the wrong-way by the Renaissance Hotel. Wrong-way! That's what caught my eye. Mitt Romney must be at that hotel.

    1. I like it that he is paying attention to Seattle and Washington state. There is so much work to be done to undo the damage. I am believing for a miracle for our state this fall.

  3. I'm just thrilled that Mitt is here--and so close! I take it as a good omen.

  4. I can't tell you how excited I was when I realized what those cars meant. This hotel has easy on and off access to the freeway. Froggy, listen for helicopters. That should be a for-sure sign that Mitt is there.

  5. We can see the hotel Mitt is staying at from our windows! 'Woggy saw 5 black, identical SUVs parked the wrong way on a one way street when she took the bus from school. It has immediate access to the freeway that'll take you to SeaTac/Boeing Field and, of course, all of downtown. How exciting! That's got to be Mitt!

    1. Some how having Mitt Romney in town generates more enthusiasm than when the president blessed us with his presence. Well, here at the Pond anyway.

    2. Even our Pond Fishies went beserky over Mitt being in Seattle!
