Hi Phooey, I took Froggy to her doctor appt this morning. Every week she gets the bandage changed on her foot. It's almost healed. The nurse takes a picture of it every time we visit. It's interesting to actually see pics of the healing.

I love you, Phoo! My hands are slightly better. I was up all night and then we had an appt. with wound care--my foot is speeding along. We're both rather wrung out. Nothing but heat and humidity--and I have to just take sponge baths due to my left leg being wrapped. I've never looked forward to winter so much in my life....

Saw Karen today. Her left eye looks like somebody punched her, and she has a wound along the top of her eyebrow. Honestly, this thing has been growing so slowly for such a long time that the difference in her personality creeped up. KAREN IS BACK! My heart is singing! And she gets to go home tomorrow!

Froggy we are a lot alike. I, too, pray when I can't sleep. Praying for others or for our country takes my mind off what I'm upset about or worrying about, and I eventually fall into a good sleep. I dearly love you and all Ponders. I believe we all found each other for a reason.
