  3. Hi Ponders. What is everyone doing this weekend? New Years Eve has never been a biggie for us so nothing planned. I usually make snackies and we just stay at home. I have a few movies to watch.

With all that is going on Atlas Shrugged is timely. Right now I am watching Tribulation Force. Another timely movie. I am trying to stay away from news shows. I get enough just reading on the internet.

Surfie's boy will be arriving soon. Hope they have a wonderful holiday together.

Paget got to see her new grandbaby. What a gift.

Phooey should be home soon.I have missed not hearing from him.

Eva, hope you have a wonderful visit with your family. Be safe.

Frog and Wog get to move to their new place in a few weeks.

    1. Hi Gloria,

Were you traveling east while we were heading west? Sure glad it stopped snowing over here! :) Yes, we have enjoyed quiet New Years Eves for several years now. It's nice to just relax after all the holiday hoopla. Christmas is my favorite holiday, but it sure wears me out!

  5. Welcome home, Phooey!

Lots of good news going on here in the Pond. I'm so excited about the Froggy/Wog move! Wish I could fly up there and help you two.

My boy arrives Sunday at 1:30 PM. Can't wait! Trying to organize what he and I are doing together, what we're doing with the family, what he's gonna do with which cousin (there are 4 of them ... all in their early 20's) during the parts of days I need to be at work ... it's like herding cats! But it will all be good. I just want to kiss his cheeks, hug him 'til he can't breathe, cook for him, just sit around talking with him. Still don't know why God let me be Mike's mother, but sure am glad He did!

Sounds like all of us are starting the New Year out on a positive note. Yay!

    1. The sweet thing about Mike is he told me the most important things he wants to do is: cook and eat and talk, take me Christmas shopping, fix my laptop that broke a couple of weeks ago, get my new laptop set up the way I want it and can't figure out, go to work with me and meet everyone there. Of course, he wants cousin time, too!

  6. Hi All.. I have been out most of day trying to do things for the move. We go see the rental lady tomorrow morning at 10am. Froggy is excited and a wreck all at the same time. I told her not to worry. Everything is working out nicely.

Gloria, glad blogger let you back on. Sometimes it seems a little slow. Wish they wouldn't fix it if it isn't broke. Just leave it alone.

Surfie, you must be sooo excited that you can't sleep! Your visit-plans sound perfect. Hi to Mike from your froggy friends.

Yay! Our Phoo-Buddy is back. We missed you!

Waiting to hear from Eva and Joe again. They got hit with the snow before they headed to Georgia. Hope the flight wasn't delayed.

I'll check the Pond again this evening. Time to feed cat. Wolfie said so!

Froggy; I understand your feelings, as I get that way too! Wog, you are so calm and you two sisters are so good for each other!

Good night deer pond friends, and may God bless you all! :)
