  1. Good Morning Ponders,
We are getting a slow start to the the day. The only one up at Froggy's is the cat. If you have sunshine at your house, enjoy. We have another dreary, rainy day in Seattle.

  2. Well, we're waiting for the bed bug test dog and the cable man. That's our afternoon. Sorry it isn't too exciting. They test for bed bugs every 6 months and the cable man is sending specialists out to test where our cable damage is.

How long is Phoo gonna be gone? Where's our dear Gloria? Paget! Surfie how's your cold and, deer Eva, did you get Joe back? How's those boys? Wolfie ran up a wall this morning--just hysterical!

  3. That is a beautiful picture! Looks like someone planted it to look like a stream running through a wooded area. If I ever win the lottery, I'm gonna buy a little house with a yard and plant something just like that.

Hope the bed bug dog and cable guy things went well today. You hear so much about bed bugs these days, it sounds like a good thing. It gets really buggy around here and depending on time of year there is a lot of dust and allergens in the air. My apartment sprays for bugs and changes our air filters every 3 months. I like that!

We are bouncing back and forth between the deep freeze and 70 degrees. It was 34 a couple of days ago and 70 today. Thunderstorm weather is upon us. Supposed to have some starting tomorrow. Tornado season is right around the corner!

I'm going to have a wonderful day at work tomorrow. I work for the owner and CFO. CFO won't be in the office tomorrow, so I can get a TON of work done and get caught up. I love her like a sister, but she keeps shoveling new responsibilities my way and it takes me a little time to figure things out so I can do them well. And she's in my office probably 10 times a day either asking me if she turned something over to me (and how is it going), or giving me something new to take care of.

I never get bored. My days fly by. Tomorrow will be WONDERFUL with her gone!

One thing I'm going to do tomorrow is start writing what I do (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). I'm going to take vacation time this summer, and somebody will have to know what I do, when and how to do it.

This sounds like a company with no clue. Truth is, we are in a thriving Red state and our business is growing so fast we can hardly keep up with it all. Job security!

I've totally yammered too much. Hope you all didn't get bored!

    Love you all Deer Frogs.

    1. Hi Deer Surfie,
I love your job! It sounds wonderful. It's a job where you are happy to go to work.

The bug-man and dog was very fast. We locked Wolfie in the bathroom, and, of course, he howled and cried and sobbed...and made us feel bad that we locked him up. We didn't hear anything from the manager, so I guess that it a good sign.

  4. What a wonderful job you have, Surfie! I'm so happy for you. It's just such a pleasure to hear someone be so satisfied with her job. You really are lucky. There used to be a time when you could hear more than one person talk like this.

Picked up Joe at LAX and there was so much construction at the airport. It was awful and I was having to switch lanes and taxis were honking at me. Yikes! I can't believe I didn't get into an accident. Well, I got to his terminal about 5 minutes before he showed up. He drove home, thank goodness. The cats have stuck to him like little burrs. Geez, you'd think it was awful having me to themselves for 5 days!

  5. Hi Eva, Glad you have your Joe back safe. Your cats sound adorable. Don't you just love their little personalities? I'm sure that you probably spoil them...we spoil our Wolfie.
