Hi ladies. Have been busy today but nothing significant enough to mention. Tomorrow Page goes out with our neighbor for shopping and lunch leaving me alone. Our second bedroom(computer room) is simply a mess maybe I'll tackle straightening things out. Wish me luck.
We love you, Froggy! Didn't mention it yesterday, but German Chocolate cake was my hubby's favorite. Made one for him every year on his birthday (May 18).
We hired a new girl a week ago Monday. She's 28, covered in tattoos, has 3 kids and each one has a different father. Her 3 month old's father is in prison. I had serious doubts, but admit that I was very wrong.
The guy she replaced was fired. She has mastered more in less than 2 weeks than he did in 1-1/2 years. She is delightful! She's from a very prominent family here. They wisely have not coddled her during her troubled years. I think this young woman has woken up and is finding her way back into the light. Yay! (Caveat: I never truly get comfortable with an employee until they stay the course for 90 days.) Her name is Brooks. Please say a little prayer for her.
Big thunderstorms last night. Another one supposed to be here in about an hour. Nothing scary. Just wonderful thunder, lightning and rain. Good sleeping weather!
Deer Family, So nice to hear from you today. Froggy is fighting off a sore throat. Time for some hot soup. She's been taking care of me this last month. Now it's my turn to take care of Froggy. Thanks so much for Birthday wishes yesterday. It made our Frogg-Mom very happy!
