  1. Good morning Frogs! Ain't technology great? My cell phone and computer both set themselves back an hour without me having to lift a finger. My phone is an old flip-phone. It isn't a "smart" phone. As my nephew said, it's a "semi-smart" phone.

I'm doing laundry and finishing up cleaning the apartment today. I need to figure out how much I'll need to make green salad for 32 people, most of whom are big & burly men. Our Production Manager (big, sexy man!) wants a green salad that the guys will actually eat. I have a wonderful winter salad recipe. Mixed greens with dried cranberries, apples, red grapes, green onions and walnuts. Or, I could do a Greek salad. Mixed greens with tomatoes, black olives and mini mozzarella balls. Greek would be less expensive and the guys would probably like it better because of the cheese. Think I just talked myself into Greek salad.

Frog, I guess you and Wog will be resting and watching football today. Hope you get stronger every single day. We love you both so very much!

    1. Hi Surfie, sounds like a perfect salad for the guys. Have to make extra for men...men-sized salads.

I had a "meltdown" this morning. Froggy told me to go back to bed, that there was nothing that I had to do today. We'll watch the game this afternoon. Sounds like good advice. Now she's taking care of me!

  2. Lovin' on Frog and Wog today!

Surfie, I agree with you about men liking the Greek type salad more.

I am feeling like doing some cooking myself today. Maybe some gingersnap cookies and a batch of jam.

    1. Gloria, Everyone is cooking but us. Homemade gingersnaps. Doesn't get better than that.

  3. Surfie, Tarpon Springs has the highest percentage of Greek Americans of any city in the US. Tarpon is only ten miles from where I live. Here they start the salad with potato salad then mound that with finely sliced lettuce, then the typical Greek peppers, olives, and feta cheese. Delicious!

Gloria, I'll be lovin' on YOU today. What goes around comes around.

Prayers continue for little Ben and Karen.
