Froggy, how are you? We miss you very much. You do know that you are in our prayers every single day. That beautiful starfish you gave me is on the dresser in my bedroom. Every time I pass by it, a prayer goes up for you and Wog. Love you deer sisters.
I'm up early as usual. It's sleeting again. Supposed to start snowing tomorrow. I really need to make a grocery store trip this weekend, so will wait until other brave souls start driving and turning the sleet into water on the street. Very happy the store is only a few blocks away.
Good Morning Surfie, Always wonderful to hear from you. We saw on the news that there are some bad snow storms out your way. It's great that you have a store close enough to walk to. even in bad weather.
Froggy is not sleeping very well. I get up in the night and help her. I just told her about your lovely post of hope and prayers for her, and about the starfish. Put a smile on her face, not something I see very often lately.
It's early here (7:30am) and cold outside (no snow, no rain), so I am going back to bed.
It is soooo windy here today and about 23 degrees! The sun is shining brightly and the word is that the temp will go up to 34. Boy oh boy, is this different from Los Angeles!
Good Morning Eva, Guess it will take getting used to a different weather. It's been chilly in Seattle too. Think we may hit 45 today. That's not bad with the sunshine. The sun makes all the difference.
Froggy doesn't feel good, and sleeps a lot. Guess she is healing while she sleeps. Needs to eat better, but she says she doesn't feel like eating.
We will watch football today. Seahawks have a Bye-week. So right now the Chargers are starting game with Kansas City. This evening we will watch Broncos and New England. And that's our day.
I'll change picture tonight for the coming week. I know everyone will be busy with Thanksgiving, and Hanukkah begins Wednesday night.
That's one thing that makes me feel better about the amount that Froggy sleeps. I know that's when she's doing the most healing. One of these days, she get up and say, "Hey, what's going on? Let me get on that computer!" I know it :)
Hi Eva, I guess you are my Pond Buddy today. We watched football between naps. The game this evening with Broncos and New England was very exciting. Went to overtime, and Patriots finally made a field goal for the win. What a close game...and icy cold.
You are right about Froggy sleeping. One day closer to healing her leg. Now I'm going to look for a picture to post for next week. Goodnight, Eva. Goodnight Ponders.
