Hi Pond Family, I hope everyone survived that nasty snow and flooding. Eva, we are worried about you. You must have some stories to tell about how bad the storm was.
Joe didn't have school yesterday, so we did some more shoveling. I ice-skated to my car (now dug out of the driveway and in the street) and drove very slowly and carefully to the grocery store. The main roads are good, it's just the side roads and smaller sections of town that are still tough. It looks as though the snow will just hang around for awhile. The days have been sunny so far and maybe eventually, the snow will just melt.
Deer Eva, you have made me and Froggy and Pond Family happy! We were worried about you and Joe. The news was bad and pics on TV showed awful snow stories. Will you have to worry about flooding? Anyway, sooo glad that you are safe.
Hi Gloria, made us happy to hear from you. Finally stopped raining in Seattle...but no sunshine. Froggy hasn't been feeling good. I've been giving her, actually both of us, a Vitamin-D pill every day.
Some days we get tired of hearing about politics on the news. Though I know the caucus is about to start. Trump and "The Hill" certainly have made politics more interesting! Trump is probably about the only one that has any chance of beating Hill.
Special shows that we watch are "Hoarders" and "My 600-lb Life."
