  1. This made me so happy and started my day with a smile. Adorable, sweet, precious. May they be best friends forever and a blessing to Mom, Dad and Grandparents.

  2. Too cute for words! Blessings on you all.

EC let us know about your eye appt. today.

I'm annoyed at an article that appeared saying 13 Hours is a box office flop because it didn't have a big opening weekend. The media will do it's best to squash it, but I don't think that's possible. As EC said, this one is a game changer and Trump was very smart to rent an Iowa theater and give away tickets to see it. No politics here. Just the truth.

    2. Thanks for posting this, Wog! :) Also, thanks everyone for your kind words. Notice how Jaxon (the little one) has his hand on Kaden's knee. He loves to be close to his big brother and is always reaching out to touch him. I hope they stay buddies forever! My granddaughter, Brighton, is also precious to me but it's harder getting my son to send photos. The ones I take with my cell phone never turn out!

Now Eva, please share your deer ones too. :)

  3. I just wanted to add that I watched the special on 13 hours last night on the Megan Kelly show. This movie is one I have to see! After watching the interview, and seeing how brave these guys are, I see that our government is trying to say there was never a "stand down" order given? This administration is corrupt and shameful! Hillary and Obama should be in prison!

    1. Paget, it was even more amazing to watch Megan's interview with those guys after seeing the film. Listening to those men talk about what we just watched was surreal.

I appreciated seeing Jaxon's hand on Jaden's knee because that's how my little guys treat each other as well. A lot of love there. Isaac made a birthday card for Tallulah's 1 month birthday. So very sweet and Nathaniel kisses her head often. I'll try to come up with a couple of pics.

  5. We're about to get buried here according to the latest storm tracks. I hold out some hope that it may not be as bad as they're predicting, but we'll be prepared just in case. Surfie, hope your son is ready, although NYC may not get the worst of it this time.

    1. Good Grief, don't you just want to hug, kiss them ?
oUR storms were mainly high winds, the tornado warnings in the Panhandle. The Dh was on the icy mts of W Virg and had to come down Fancy Gap, I have been there for that run, use to put the dog and my purse on the floor and the seat all the way down.
Saw eye Dr Wed, he said wound is healed, but I still have a month of meds. My DH had his cataracts removed and was clear as a bell and drove home !!! My Lasik complicated me.
Any way, I thank you for the thoughts and prayers, DH made it to Charlotte OC and they have all the guys locked down there, so they are safe. Operating Center EC

  6. OMG, those little boys are beautiful. The joy in their faces! Deer Paget, you are surely blessed.

Eva, we would love to see a picture of your little ones. You, too, are surely blessed! I can't stop thinking about the miracle of Nathaniel. What a great Big Brother he is and will be.

EC, I hope and pray that you are doing well in the healing process. You are in all of our hearts and prayers and thoughts every single day. How is your hub doing? Hope he didn't get stuck somewhere in the storm.

PHOOEY! So glad you and the lovely Mrs. Phooey are all moved and unpacked. Seriously, could you please chime in more often?

Eva, you and Joe take care with this storm. Please keep us posted. My son is fine. He has a 2-block walk to the train that takes him to work near Times Square. His GF (fiancée this summer) is the most organized person I have ever met. He was born & raised in SoCal, then lived in SanFran/Berkeley until last June, so he has never experienced true seasonal changes. This is the 1st time in his 25 years to live through a huge snow season, and he's having fun with it.

    Happy Saturday, Deers!

    1. I was watching the reports on the Jersey Shore. They are getting slammed. Hope Eva and Joe are alright. It seems to be hitting the same area as Sandy.

EC, good to know you are healing.

Paget, I have looked over and over at Kaden and Jaxon, so sweet.

Everyone stay warm and have a nice weekend.

  7. Thank goodness we never lost power. That was our saving grace because I can't begin to describe how awful things were yesterday. The amount of snow was bad enough, but the wind was unbelievable! The trees were bending, the branches were flying. Joe usually has a cover on his truck but Friday night (actually Saturday morning at 2am) he had to go out and get it off. It was hanging by one corner. The bed of the truck is full up with snow. Luckily, he doesn't use it for work (assuming he goes to work tomorrow). This morning, the sun is out and it's QUIET. Much, much different than yesterday's noise. Of course, I still can't open the front door, but the sun will do it's job.

  8. Hi Ladies, happy to hear everyone is out of harm's way. However, I'm worrying about Wog and MamaFrog ! Surfie, will try to post more, then again who wants to hear about my disastrous homemade wine making experiences ? Politics ? No Way ! Anyone else see the anger/hate on Lucianne regarding these primaries ? Anyway, "blessed be the tie that binds". I love you all !

    1. Phooey, my grandpa made home blueberry wine. The little cellar was chalky white wash. When the tubes exploded we had purple polka
walls. As for Luci, my 15 yr home page, bah humbug, I now use Fox breaking news, no TV in this house and CBS for Blue Bloods and NCIS EC

    2. Yes, Phooey, I have seen the anger/hate on Lucianne. I'm voting for Trump, and have signed up as a volunteer here in my state.
