  1. Rain Rain Rain...I got up early to get ready for the "swim" to work. This is an event that most "Wogs" would love. But I would rather stay home in bed til noon.

  2. This is for our dear 'Wog:
    I'm singing in the rain
    Just singing in the rain
    What a glorious feelin'
    I'm happy again
    I'm laughing at clouds
    So dark up above
    The sun's in my heart
    And I'm ready for love

  4. Why, PhooeyKelley LOL! Yes, Gloria and I are absolutely downing in it! It's wet, it's windy, it's dark--and all I feel like is going back to bed!

    Paget, have you been nailed?

    Hikegal, how's Kaniah adjusting?

  6. Good morning! Our rain is gone and the sun is so bright, it's blinding. Maybe I just think that because I've been up since 3:30am.

Boomer was yelling his head off. I go in his room and see that Puffin has used his litterbox and Boomer has walked right in it. (I know it's Puffin because, bless his heart, he doesn't have the firmest stools). It's all over Boomer and then all over the room! So, I've been doing a lot of cleaning and laundry this morning.

Hope you still have blood left, Gloria. Phooey, good luck with getting Struan over here. Hope 'Woggy got to work alright. Froggy, go back to bed. I'm gonna try to do the same for at least one more hour.

    Back later.

  7. Eeeeww Eva it has been a long time since I have had to that kind of duty. It goes with the territory though. We will be picking up our new cat from the shelter on Dec 3.

Last year I started doing email with my oldest granddaughter. Then her sister wanted in on it. Then the next and so on. Now I have 5 girls writing me. The youngest is 5. This helps them with spelling, grammar and punctuation. It also is my way of helping Val. I have saved all. Their notes are so cute.

  8. Oh, I'd love it if Brother Struan said howdy over here! I miss him! You all can certainly trawl for posters--all are welcome here! ('Woggy'll put extra fish in the pond!)

Gloria--we want pictures! We're so excited for you! Do you know what you're gonna name him/her?

And good for you for writing with your granddaughters! Grandmas can teach all kinds of useful things while they're being Grandma. Maybe it'll save them from the deficiencies in talking just with numbers!

Oh Eva, I wish I could help you! LOL! I notice you used 'bless his heart' correctly HAHAHAHAHA!

Go on back to bed--I'm going...

Oh,'Woggy got to work just fine!

  9. Gloria, how wonderful to be emailing with your grandkids! I think that's so special. I can hardly wait until my great nephew is old enough. It'll be quite awhile since he's only 13 months old now. Of course, my niece keeps me up to date with every detail.

I'm looking forward to hearing about your new kitten, too. It'll be fun to hear about adorable hi-jinks instead of dealing with elderly poopy stuff.

  10. Ha ha, Phooey, I caught that too...Froggy, I don't know how to answer that! LOL! No, I haven't been nailed; but almost got blown away by gale force winds today! The nice part was the temperature got up to 66 degrees! Crazy weather!

I love hearing about everyone's families and pets. Thanks all for sharing. :)
