  2. Hi Sweetie--how's my boys? (no, not Joe!) Are they screaming, purring,or huddling up in warm spaces? You ever get rid of those terrible winds?

Paget, where have you been? You are missed!

  3. Hi Froggy ,

I posted a comment last night, 2 blogs back - that's me, always late to the party!

    Happy Friday pond pals!

  4. Hi Froggy - the only cat with no problems is your little Puffin, unless you count his relentless, monotonous meowing as a problem, which I sometimes do.

I made the mistake of picking up some fried chicken to have for lunch. I know it's Bambu's favorite food, but I still thought I could get a few pieces in me before he discovered it. I mean, he's got a COLD for heaven's sake. He shouldn't be able to smell anything! Well, suffice it to say that I barely got the bag open. I managed to eat one wing (while feeding Bambu bits without skin). He was so annoying that I gave up on the rest and put it away. 5 minutes later, Bambu threw up the chicken he insisted on having.

Boomer is very quiet today, although Joe told me he was purring while getting his morning massage. I don't know why he's stopped meowing. Maybe he just has nothing to say.

That's all that's happening here. No winds anymore. Today it's sunny and 70.

  5. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Eva, your stories are so funny! I remember when I was a child and ate KFC in front of cats for the first time. I didn't know they were so nutz about it--I had a cat on both arms of the easy chair and I had to hold the chicken up so high over my head I couldn't take a bite! I couldn;'t use my hands to push 'em off--I had chicken in my hands! LOL!

Oh course, Bambu threw it up--he gobblehogged it!

Hi Paget! I'll scroll down and catch up with you--I look for you and miss you every day!

  6. Froggy, that was EXACTLY what happened! Bambu was doing his Hoover vacuum impression. Because he's got the sniffles, he even sounded like one!
