Surfie, so you are looking for snow. Snow is okay if you don't have to drive to work. We just heard on the news that Washington state may get snow in the low-lands. Well, you can't get any lower than sea level. Froggy is checking the weather report.
So true about driving in snow. They think it might start snowing Christmas Day (I'm off work), but really through the night and into 12/6 (I work). Luckily, there are 4 of us who live close to each other. This big, burly, capable man we work with will pick all of us up & drive us to work. We'll probably have fun!
Oh, I think that sounds lovely. I looked at the extended weather for the next several days in NYC, and I don't see any snow. As long as we don't have a blizzard, I'm all for the white stuff.
I've just finished my final notes for the pet sitter. I've got signs posted all over the house. I've sent her two emails today already. I told her that from the moment we walk out the door until I get her first text, I'll be anxious. I always act like I'm going to the moon and she won't be able to get hold of me. Let's face it, I won't be okay until I'm back in January.
Got to go to bed early. Alarm goes off at 4:30 am. Yuck. I hate travel days.
