Good Morning, Frog Friends!

  1. Happy Easter, everyone.

I left my condolences for CapTet on the Connection yesterday. Such a dear man. I read his obit, but it didn't say how he died. He had a huge family. May his memory be a blessing to them all.

    Everybody have a blessed day.

    1. Thank you, Eva--Happy Easter to everyone, as well. We watched The Ten Commandments last night, which was nice.

Yes, I was shocked to hear of CapTET's death--he will be very sorely missed. I thought a lot about him last night. I had not heard he was in poor health, so it might've been something sudden. Bless him.

      You get your Joe back?

  4. Happy Easter pond friends!

Hey there, Phoo. I'm sorry you're not having a great day. :( At my house, it's just hubby and me to reflect on this special day, and celebrate by ourselves. Next weekend, we're having MIL over for her birthday dinner. She will be 85. Since she had plans with friends today, we decided to just have a quiet day by ourselves for the first time ever on Easter. It's been nice. I spent the day working on the roses, which were in dire need of some attention! Jeff is barbequing spareribs for dinner. It's finally in the 70's here, and I love it! We've had the windows open, and Kaiser (the mini schnauzer) has had a busy day barking constantly, as he can hear all the dogs in the neighborhood, and feels he has to give a response every time he hears them!

I wanted to comment on Surfie's post from yesterday, and say I also feel like we are a family here at the pond. I love it here, and feel I am accepted quirks and all! I love you all! :)

May God bless you all, deer pond friends!
