Phooey: a heart like His

Dear Phooey,

You do, indeed, have a heart like His. You say you're not a leader, but a follower... However, it is G*d's true heart that reigns in heaven. Yours is so large and full of exactly the kind of love G*d best put on the Earth that you can't help but be that bright shining presence that lights all here.

You fill my days with love and G*d's soul and every good thing He meant for us. I love you and I'm terribly concerned about you, and I pray for you and Ms. Page everyday and every night. Come back to us whole and--if not--I will be with you, hand-in-hand, every single day--and beyond...

Love, Froggy

  6. Of course you can be Spy vs Spy! Forgot that was part of Mad mag.
OK, I received very good news today. I have Chronic(not acute) myeloid leukemia. It is treatable with an oral med.(Gleevec) Other than the side effects of the med.(some are awful-I do not know which ones I'll have) this disease should not kill me before my heart(heart attack 2007) or the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis takes me out. My urinary tract is all fouled and I want this catheter out of me! Now you know Froggy as I promised.

  8. Oh thank dear G*d, thank you thank you thank you! I was so worried. Now I'll pray that your side effects are few and manageable.

We'll have to have a contest with our hearts; I have congestive heart failure/ COPD--also stage 3 kidney disease. We both can't do the same things! Sometimes, all ya have left to do is laugh and wait to be called home.

Did the bone marrow biopsy hurt? I don't ever want you to hurt, Phooey. Let me know how it goes--and give Ms. Page a kiss for me; I can imagine the day she's had. We're praying for her too ;-)

I love you, Phooey; you take care.

  9. Froggy, it was excruciatingly painful. Was told today I will need another one in three months. That will not happen unless I'm asleep.
