Happy Sunday,'Wogs and Frogs!

  1. Well, Saturday came and went. I worked on a couple of projects (mainly looking for hardcopy files I knew I had somewhere, but not where I was looking). Finally found everything, along with stuff I didn't know I still had. That's probably why it took so long.

Today is a gorgeous day outside. I plan on doing... nothing.

  2. Eva, I know the feeling of looking for something. You know it's there, but you can't find it.

Thanks Froggy, for the pretty colors to start our day. It puts me in a friendly mood. I am ready to enjoy the beautiful Sunday.. no matter what the weather brings. It just feels good to come to The Pond and greet Pond Friends, and to know that everyone is okay.

  4. Good afternoon everyone,

I spent the morning chopping down my rose bushes. I neglected them earlier this spring, but they are hearty. :) I sure hope they'll come back! Hubby thought I got carried away, but I didn't hear him volunteer to tackle the job!

It's beautiful here today. Sunny, and a slight breeze and 70 degrees. :) Last week we had nothing but rain; I felt like I was in Seattle! ;)

Our son showed up today to do his laundry. I told him it was lucky we had a washer and dryer or we might never see him! He wasn't amused... ;)

Froggy, haven't heard from you today. Hope all is well!

Wog, enjoy the sunshine. :) That's one thing about Seattleites; they know how to appreciate the sun!

Eva, I really envy your beautiful California weather! Do you have avocado trees in your yard? I think that would be awesome! :)

Phooey, you are smart to stay inside when it's humid. I remember being in Portland, OR one summer when it was 90 degrees and horribly humid. I felt like I couldn't breathe. Take care!

I better go back and join hubby and son. They're watching a rather depressing movie, "Contraband", starring Mark Wahl. I thought I would escape to the pond for a while. ;)

    Catch you all later. :)

    Love from Paget

  5. Nice to hear from everyone today.

Eva, I miss California (by the coast) weather. Froggy likes the changes in seasons, but I just like it to be nice all the time.

Hi Phooey. You are our Favorite Phoo-Man. If the East Coast didn't have humidity, there are a lot of pretty places we might live. But alas we will always be West Coasters.

Paget, we haven't watched many Mark Wahl movies. Sounds like a movie that would make us go do the laundry! I loved your laundry story with your son.

Hope, this weekend, everyone treated themselves to something they wanted to do. Looks like I'll be watching "Once Upon A Time" by myself this evening.

Night All...If anyone is up late, drop by the Pond. I may be up later. I don't have school on Monday, so I can stay up late, and sleep in tomorrow.

  6. Today turned out to be warmer than predicted. Luckily, I wasn't planning on doing much. The cats hardly moved. Tomorrow starts another week.

    Goodnight, all.
