  1. Good Morning everyone. It's going to be another hot day. Acclimate we much. (Hehehe)

  2. I like that, Phoo. Acclimate we much.

Anyone dealing with May Day protests today? I'm not going anywhere they might be, but I've been listening to the radio all morning warning people. As usual, those without jobs try to make it difficult for those trying to get to theirs.

Surfie, if you read this, Westwood and downtown are complete messes. It's a gray day, but I doubt it'll rain on the protesters, unfortunately.

I'm waiting for the handyman to show up and fix the sink in the bathroom. Fun!

    1. Eva, Westwood and downtown are always messes! tee-hee! Seriously, I haven't heard about what went on. Have you seen any reports?

Phoo, acclimate we much indeed! Still acclimating much to hot weather, high humidity and 20 mph winds laden with strange pollen. Achoo!

Wog, hope you get home from school with no trouble. How is our Froggy?

All I can say is tomorrow is hump day! Hooray!

  6. Golly Gee. I didn't check the spelling on my last post.

I'm just checking in to let you know that The Froggy Family is home and safe. It must be bad downtown if Seattle made the national news. I got off the bus several blocks before the downtown area. But right now I hear helicopters outside.

I tell Froggy all the time that protests and sitting in tents in front of the college, etc doesn't change anything. Don't these people know that? All it does is piss off people, jam up the traffic (and pisses off more people), and costs the city thousands of dollars to pay for police, security, dogs, helicopters, re-route bus routes, etc

  8. Hi Phoo--I still feel like crap (though I don't know if I'm a 'crappy frog'..... hrumpf) I've kept the eye on the situation here all day to see how best to get 'Woggy home (she goes to a state vocational school where they have a lot of minorities that are just ripe for 'justice for Trayvon' acting out). Fortunately 'Wogette took a series of different buses homes and she's nice and safe. Wow, can we hear the helicopters from the news circle around and around--really loud. They must be giving their rallies and nonsense now...

I love you Phoo. Get a good nights' sleep!

  9. Glad to hear Ms. Wogness employed evasion tactics to get home. These people are nuts. They're so angry. I can't watch the news anymore. I'm even revolted by surfing the web and reading all the gushing over Obama's "wonderfulness". It drives me crazy. I used to have such confidence in the American voter. Now, I wonder.

Well, at least the handyman showed up on time this morning and fixed my sink problem easily.
