  2. Good morning ladies. I'm staying indoors also. It's windy and cold today. How's the cold Froggy?

    1. Hi Phooey. Hope you are keeping warm. The weather has been real screwy this winter. We have a nice warm apartment, and Froggy has a heating blanket, and of course, we have a cat to warm up the beds.

  3. Cute kitty on his lofty perch. Someone had a great idea to put out a sisal mat for him to scratch on.

Good morning Ponders. It was a good decision to come back home on Friday. I missed driving in a storm. Winter rain here means snow on the passes. Scott and Steve missed me cooking for them. One of my most redeming qualities. Ha.

My daughter has been selling on Ebay for a while. She wants me to take over for her. She has some great sources for resale merchandise and she is good at it. I have been watching her, Scott and Steve for years but haven't ever sold anything myself. We'll see how it goes. I really need to find something to do.

They choose not to have TV so I am still catching up on what happened.

    Love my Ponders.

    1. Hi Gloria, if you can sell on eBay, go for it. You can make a decent living if you do it right. I tried it for a while. But didn't sell things that made much of a profit. Once you are a member, you have access to a lot of research about what the hot items are, and groups where you can ask questions. You have to send us the eBay name once you get started so we can look at your items.

  4. Another gorgeous day here in SoCal, but it's not gonna last. Or at least that's what the report is. I'll just take each day as it comes.

Rush said something interesting last week that I've been thinking about. He said nobody (i.e. the American people) don't hold Obama responsible for the bad stuff that's happening in the country. Bad economy, bad jobs outlook, high gasoline prices, trillions of dollars of debt added, etc. aren't laid on his doorstep. Whereas anything bad that happened during GWB's time (housing crash, Katrina, wars) are directly attributable to his presidency. Rush said it was really genius, in a way.

I think he couldn't get away with it if he didn't have the media in his pocket. If you try and talk to an Obama supporter about all the bad stuff happening, they'll agree that it's happening. They agree the economy is bad and that a lot of people they know are out of work and not able to find a job, but they'll tell you it isn't Obama's fault. They'll tell you he's trying hard, that he's fighting against all odds to fix the problems. They just don't see any of it as a result of his policies. It's amazing.

    1. And you know, Eva, the president even snubs the press, but they still side with him. It's a mystery. I'll pop over to Rush's site and have a read.

  5. Gloria, I started selling on eBay back in their beginning. It's a lot of work, but also a lot of fun, and I made some good money. Think about it. If you decide you want to, I know you can do it.

Eva, your weather eventually makes it here. It snowed Saturday AM. Today it was 70. The "experts" say rain is coming late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
