Good Morning, Ponders!

  1. I keep hoping for spring! Here's it's been raining--I can hear it on the window in this apt. Da Wolf just huffy-puffed down the hall on all treads--he's a real nutbar when he gets wound up ;-)

What's on for today? It's the Frog 3 'Wog 1 in Yahtzee rounds yesterday; Sissy decided not to go to the coin store after all.

  2. Sounds like Da Wolf has adjusted to the new apt. already. Our furballs are old men, but every now and then, they get wound up and tear around the place as though their tails are on fire. They sound like a herd of elephants. Then, just as suddenly, they'll stop and have a drink of water and then go to sleep.

  3. Hi Eva, I would love to meet your furballs. They sound wonderful. Da Wolf likes to bite me sometimes. He doesn't bite Froggy. If I were him, I'd be nice to the "Food Mom." He tapped on my arm in the night, and then tried to bite my elbow. Froggy saw that onslaught, and just laughed. Fortunately he doesn't have many teeth, so his bites are mostly cute.

Where is Sir Phooey? You are on my heart.

  5. Alright! I'm here! Just want to say howdy to everyone and to remind Surfie that it's NCIS night. Love to all.

  6. You girls have too much rain and we Okies don't have enough. We're supposed to get some, starting Wednesday night and lasting through the weekend. We need it!

Love hearing the kittie stories, too. There's one in heat in my neighborhood and I'm getting a little annoyed listening to that howl at all hours.

Great to hear from you, Phooey. Yay! NCIS!

Mind if I whine a little? I adore my job, but they are wearing me out! It's amazing how fast our company is growing. I'm not the only one burning the midnight oil as we go through these growing pains. We're looking to buy or rent new facilities because we're running out of room. I had to order 9 5-drawer filing cabinets just to keep up with my own paperwork. Hey, I love the paychecks. And I have sterling job security. At the end of the day, good problems to have. Still, I'm tired! End of whine.

  7. Hi All, 'WOG here.
I love to hear what everyone is doing.Phooey.. NCIS is it? I hear that it's the number one show on TV.

Surfie, You must have the best job in the country. I hope that I can find one as enjoyable as yours. I just want to work part time. That way I can say that I am almost retired.

Howdy Gloria... You getting rain up your way? We had a pretty good downpour a while ago. Of course, I was outside slogging through the puddles. As long as I show up at Wolfie feedings, Froggy is safe.

  8. Wolfie, didn't you ever learn that you should never bite the hand that feeds you? He must have missed that lesson.

Gosh, Surfie you are so lucky to have founds such a job. I just had another friend leave L.A. because of no work. He went to live in Florida with his father. Maybe he can find something there. There's a mass exodus from California anyway. I can hardly wait to leave.

    Night all. See you tomorrow.
