  2. Good Morning Eva,
Today's saying is perfect, and picture is peaceful. Today is a little calmer than yesterday, which was miserable for us. Froggy got up, looked at the overcast day, and went back to bed. Our summer day will arrive about 1 o'clock this afternoon.

I am applying for jobs this morning. Eva, what are you up to this week? Packing?? How's the shoulder holding up?

We have been checking the British news to see if Kate and Will had their baby today.

  3. Surfie and Phooey,
When is NCIS? I don't see any this morning?

Phooey, how's the family? Page? Holly? That's been quite a worry for you.

  4. We're missing our Wolf, so things are glum around here. We just didn't have any choice... How is everyone? Phoo, how is Holly?

  6. What Eva wrote is just perfect. Glad yesterday is history for you two. You're still in my heart as you keep on keeping on.

Wog, I'm watching NCIS right now. It's usually on USA when I get home from work. Don't know if it's on during weekdays any earlier.

It's a boy! I had myself convinced that it was a girl. Hope they announce the name soon because I'm no good at waiting.

Have a good evening, Deer Ponders.

    1. Hi Surfie,
We found some Law and Orders to watch today. Had them on most of the day. We watch Judge Judy around 4pm, and then back to Law and Order. Will watch "Under the Dome" this evening (Stephen King story).

About our kitty, I have a meltdown every now and then, but doing better today. Froggy and I talked about it, and still decided that we did the right thing. He'll be okay where is he is.

  7. Hi Ladies. Holly is bruised but nothing broken. Page is still unsteady on her feet. I believe everything will in time be just fine. 'Wog, Page is watching NCIS now. Normally I watch NCIS on Tuesday night. Smoochies all around.

    1. Hi Phooey,
You are blessed that your family is healing. Page might need a test to get her back to normal. Or she might just start feeling better. We are here for you.

I read that Cote de Pablo was leaving the show.

  8. ENGLAND HAS A NEW ROYAL BABY:

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s baby son is the heaviest future king to be born in recent history.

The as-yet-unnamed boy weighed a hefty 8lb 6oz when he was safely delivered yesterday afternoon.

His father William weighed 7lb 1.5oz when he arrived in 1982, while his grandfather the Prince of Wales weighed 7lb 6oz when he was born in 1948.

The Queen was born by Caesarean section in her maternal grandparents’ London home in April 1926. At the time, she was third in line to the throne, but her weight was not announced.

The average weight of a baby born close to its due date is around 8lb 2.5oz (3.7 kilos), but Kate was overdue."

  9. I'm glad the baby came today and both mother & child are fine. We can do with a nice story that's nothing but joy.

I had the Mayflower Movers estimate guy come over today to do a visual and let me know what the move will cost. I almost had a heart attack. Everything is so much more expensive now. I figured it would be, but it's still depressing. Of course, it's an estimate and they guarantee we won't pay more than the figure he gave me. We may even get a refund if the actual weight is less, so I'm going through everything again and seeing what else I can get rid of. Every little bit counts now.

On the upside, I talked to one real estate agent and she was very optimistic about being able to get a decent price for our condo. Not close to what we paid for it, but not as bad as a year or two ago. Right now there are more buyers than sellers, so that helps.

I'm so sick and tired of looking at boxes! My shoulder's fine, though, and I've got no new aches and pains. I'm just really tired and I think that's affecting my mood.

    1. Hi Eva,
Everything has probably doubled since Froggy and I moved to Seattle. Like I said before, they even put our car in the moving van. Don't remember how much it cost. Somehow it always gets done. But it is stressful. I always make a list of who needs to know our new address, and items NOT to pack because we'll need them right away. That's all the suggestions that I have.
