Sunday. Lots and lots of Football today!

  1. Dolphins won today making their first 2-0 start to a season in a long, long time!

Watching the Manning Brothers go against each other now. I guess I'm in Giant country, but I love Peyton. Besides, the Broncos have a couple of former Georgia players. Are you watching 'Wog?

  2. I forgot to answer your question from yesterday, 'Wog. Chadwick Island is a little bitty island connected by a little wooden bridge to the barrier island along the Jersey shore. You can walk across in 8 minutes. In the morning, I walk off the island to Chadwick Beach where there is a WaWa's convenience store to pick up the paper and get coffee to bring back to the house. It takes me about 20 minutes. WaWa's is a block from the ocean. Our island is in Barnegat Bay.

The house we're renting is a block in from the bay beach. The outer ring of homes got battered by Sandy, but the inner ring just got water damage (which was bad enough). Hopefully, the winter won't be a bad one. I guess we'll find out.

    1. Beats the you-know-what out of L.A. When can I come for a visit? (sorta joking)

    3. Eva, sounds wonderful. Big difference from L.A. I look it up on a map later when I have a few minutes. Came home today, threw Froggy's laundry in, turned on football. About the time I got interested in the Seahawks game, they shut it down for an hour til the lightening stopped.

We get rain in Seattle, but seldom get thunder and lightening. I had to catch one of my buses near a tree. So I stood twenty feet away...but close enough that I could run for the bus.

I've had football on since I walked in the door. the Broncos did great. Which players are from Georgia? I'll have to check the roster. Trying to catch the end of the Seahawks. they are doing pretty good too.

  3. Yep, I'm back home. It's early Monday morning right now and I'm getting ready for work. Back to the real world! Nice thing is that it's raining. We need it.
