  2. Hi, Hooly! We just crossed each other in cyber-space; I just changed this morning picture. This is a Japanese pond that is a natural thermal spring. It circulates colored minerals that give it a deep hue of varying colors--and the moisture, in this pic, was just enough to cling to the trees in a lacy tracing! Today, it is a wonderful blue, but it is said to be quite changeable in the way the thermal ponds at Thermopolis, WY and Yellowstone are.

  3. I have been to the ponds at Yellowstone. The colors are amazing. All that from minerals.

Tell me about the drink mixes you received. What kind? Paget is a sweet friend.

  4. Well, I don't know too much bout them--we have fruit punch and cherry, and you mix them with water. They contain various supplemts including a good Vitamin B panel as I especially shed my B's too quickly and tend to be low in them. I think they come in pink lemonade, lemon, tangerine ect., but I can't drink citrusy things and I love the fruit punches and cherry. You add them to your water bottle during the day to make them as strong or mild as you like. Since, I do indeed have a water bottle sitting here, they're very handy!
