  2. All we have are flies here at the Pond... zzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzZZZZZZZZZ that's all it was, Phoo. How are you? How's Ms. Page and everything going? Sorry I've had so much going on; between my back and Medicaid, it was just impossible for me to function, Phooey. Politics worries me to death--and it's only getting worse. How have you been feeling?

  3. Zapp! ewwwwee! That fly was a little bitter! Page has really bad allergy symptoms. She is using Flonase now...seems to be working. Went to the 'must reads' this morning... was getting depressed... so, came back here to share some lovin'. Frog! have you been up all night again?

    1. Phooey.. what do you mean the fly was bitter. Did you eat it?

We can't get too depressed at The Pond. Froggy keeps a nice balance of news and friendship and humor.

    2. Of course I ate it!! That's what frogs do! When tadpole are you going to grow up?

    3. Guess I don't know about zapping flies yet. Do they make WOG swatters?

    5. I think I meant a swatter for WOGS to swat flies. Not a swatter to swat WOGS!

  4. There's an old Australian stockman lying, dying. He gets himself up onto one elbow and 'e turns to his mates, who are all gathered around and 'e says:

    Watch me Woggies feed, mate
    Watch me Woggies feed,
    They're a dangerous breed, mate
    So watch me Woggies feed
    Altogether now!

    Tie me Froggys down, sport
    Tie me Froggys down
    Tie me Froggys down, sport
    Tie me Froggys down

I know! I know!(will someone PLEASE shut him up!)

    1. Phooey, this morning's tunes was best fun! I had to to YouTube and find the wobble board that goes with this tune. Rolf Harris is the expert wobble boarder. Wish all the Ponders had a wobble board. What fun Pond music we could make... with frogs riibbetting in the background.

    2. Uh-oh, don't know what a 'wobble board' is.. actually, a little afraid to find out.
Will be right back.... don't you be messing with me 'big sis'!

    3. Okay WOG, you win! I did not know about the 'wobble board'.
Good call and I'm proud of you! Bravo!
Now, we need words, music, and voices (and free beer for our audience).
      Volunteer information forthcoming. (yeah,right!)

  5. Mornin' Ponders. Holy Shmoly! Is it ever windy here. Froggy is your building swaying in the wind?

I just got a twitter acct so I could follow Rush and a few others. It took me a while to understand enough to get started. There is a ministry that I watch and the pastor said that Mancow will be on Fox weekend starting next weekend. Don't know if anyone is interested but thought I would give a heads up. He is a good Christian guy. It will be interesting to see how he is recieved.

I'll come back to read the articles. I have to do it in bits and pieces otherwise I am overwhelmed and depressed.

    1. Gloria, you had a lot of interesting comments today. I signed up for twitter a year ago, but didn't know what to do with it. Let us know how it works. I do go by Rush's site everyday so that he gets hits, and so he knows that he has a lot of support.

Mancow, I haven't heard that name in years. Glad to hear that he's still around. Does this mean that Mancow has his own TV show?

It's a little windy here today, but the sun is out. The weather here is a mystery.

  6. Gloria, I almosst signed up for a twitter account so I could follow Rush as well, but I still find the whole business confusing. Not the signing up stuff but the reading of tweets and retweeting, etc. I'll give it another look.

Froggy, I'll try to get a good snap of the sun bunnies and send it to you. I'm getting a late start today due to their shenanigans last night. I guess after sleeping in the sun all day, they were ready to play just after we went to bed. I was so asleep this morning, I didn't even hear Joe leave for work. He left me a note, though, that yarn was wrapped around everything in the living room.

Phoo, I'm still laughing over your posts yesterday with 'Wog! You are a treasure indeed!

    1. Eva, Ahhh, you're sweet. Truth be known... I do what I do because, I'm laughing myself silly here. Found that's better than crying.

    2. Ohh, Eva, I believe it was you on Lucianne that said 'no more Todd Schnitt'. Well, he is gone in this household also. Now, I listen to internet radio. BTW, Rush was fantastic today!

    3. Eva, I don't understand twitter either. Though I realize that it's an extremely fast way to communicate with a lot of people.. and then have the message retweeted by everyone it reaches so that thousands of people could get a message in the blink of an eye. Really pretty amazing. This type of communication scares the Chinese. Don't know if there is a way to stop this technology even if they control the Internet. New technology changes so fast.

Guess we'll just have to try twitter and see what happens. I don't have a new-fangled cell phone, so I would have to tweet from home computer.

Did you get the yarn picked up and rewound into balls? Bad Kitties! All you can do is scoop 'em up and hug 'em.

    4. Nope, Phooey, it wasn't me with the Todd Schnitt warning. I don't know who he is. Sounds like I'm better off not knowing, too.

I'm STILL giggling with you and 'Wog. Laughter is the best medicine. It's a lot better than crying which is what I'll do if I let myself think too much.

I'm going to relocate the yarn balls in the hopes the guys don't find them tonight. Or, at least, so they don't find them right away.

    5. Eva, you have made my day. Besides, WOG is such an 'easy'(Ahem) woman.
