  1. Morning, Ponders! I'm having computer problems this morning. Very frustrating, especially on a gray day like today. Makes me want to go back to bed and start all over again!

  2. Good morning all. Eva, I have had my share of computer problems lately so I can sympathize.
This morning my problem is that my body doesn't want to do anything. I keep crashing mid afternoon and nothing helps but to nap for a coulpe of hours.

  3. Hey all! Thanks for thinking of me. I spent most of the day tramping thru the woods with my dog I can't think of a better way to spend a day. Then my daughter took me to a midnight showing of "Hunger Games" Today I get to mow the lawn for the 1st time this year oh JOY!! The pollen is killing me but stuff needs doing!!

  4. Hi everybody! I, too, have been trying to weed out computer problems. All it gets me to know is how totally stupid I am about such things. What's on for the weekend?

  5. Hi Ponders! TGIF!!!!! The wild weather is over and its glorious outside. Today was beautiful. Tomorrow and Sunday are supposed to be sunny and nearly 80, with low winds.

Saturday I have to go to the bank, grocery shop, clean house, pay bills, etc.

I'm looking around for something to do Sunday so I can be outside. I live a block away from Lake Hefner. There is a beautiful walking path around most of the lake that takes you by the golf course and the boat marina. Think I just might go for a power walk. I need the exercise!

    What's everyone else doing?

  6. Seems like all Ponders are ready for the weekend!
Froggy has disappeared for a "summer's day" nap. Been a long time since we've had a warm, sunny day.

Hiker.. Can't think of a better day than walking the dog through the woods. Most enjoyable. You mentioned "Hunger Games." What did you think about it? Was it worth staying up til midnight? Or is the movie, like the book, just for young people?

Surfie.. I see that you are ready for the weekend. Nice that you live near a lake and golf course. I need to be close to water.

Gloria and Eva... darn computers can mess with your mind. I was a wreck last week when our computers and phone died. Ours was an easy fix (after all the worrying!) Tech guy at Comcast said to unplug power cords to router and modem, and plug them back. Wait for reboot. Voila!

That big cloud is descending over my head and talking to me, "Nap. Nap, Nap."
    Back in a little while.

  8. Froggy, were you ever able to look at the Fibromalgia Network and sign up for the free email newsletter? Today they had a couple of free articles worth reading. One was about tight muscles in the chest and across the ribcage with some stretches to do.

    1. Gloria... sounds fascinating. Froggy hasn't been at the Pond for a while. I'll let her know. Ya just can't get enough information. And the research community is always discovering new things.
