    1. This is a new week and I hope everyone has a great one.

I keep having to delete things for bad spelling. My son warned me against installing a spell check on my computer. Don't know why.

      Will check in later.

  3. Yes Gloria! It's addicting! Example:

    Moonshine:
    corn
    sugar
    water
    yeast
    ferment
    distill
    alcohol
    flavors
    Result:
    headache
    remorse

    Endorphins:
    truth
    compassion
    forgiveness
    humility
    ferment
    distill
    love
    flavors
    Result:
    peace
    comfort

  4. Hmm. I guess that's why alcohol is a depressant. I've often wondered how something that starts off making me feel happy, lively, witty and wise, ends up with my feeling none of the above.

Exercise is supposed to release endorphins. I guess you have to exercise more than I do, coz I don't feel anything but tired and sweaty.

  5. Hi folks, Just got some news that is sad to me. The pastor of the church that I have been going to for 11 years is leaving. Last year we had to move to a different building and that move made it far enough so that I didn't go much. He is such a good pastor and I will miss him and his wife. I have no desire to look for another church.

  6. Gloria, sorry to hear that you are losing your pastor. It's always sad to lose someone in your church family. Is he retiring or moving to another church?

  7. Remember if you have any extra endorphins, send 'em over to Phooey.
