Have a wonderful year, Pond Family!

Welcome!
One candle for God, one candle for my beautiful, precious sister 'Wog and my Pond Friends--and one special candle to my dear, so very dear friend, Phooey.
He is so valued by all of us... a war hero that survived Viet Nam and went on to always serve his country, a devoted husband to Ms. Page, and a helluva guy. Happy and blessed 2013 to all of you, from my heart! Thank you, for being my friend ;-)

  2. I know you love me Froggy as I do you but using 'war hero' I can not accept. I served in non-combat situations. I'm in combat now with agent orange related issues. Ditto Surfie.

    1. You helped keep American soldiers safe, you worked for your country selflessly, Phooey; you're MY hero.

    2. I second that emotion Phooey; you have lots of fans here at the pond! :)

  3. Good Morning Surfie...We know how happy you are today!

Dear Phooey, Froggy and I just want you to know that you are a Special Guy to us. We love having you at The Pond.

Who's watching football today? We are watching Georgia. Go Uga!

Haven't heard from Eva and Joe yet. I hope they are safe with family, and able to watch the game today.

  4. Good morning deer pond friends!

This morning, I reached down to pickup Chance, and pulled a muscle in my back. Yeow. It's been a painful day. I really sympathize with all of you back-pain sufferers! I will see my chiropractor tomorrow.

But the reason I stopped by today was to say Happy New Year! :) No matter what; God is still in charge, and I know everyone here will remember that.

    Love to you all,

    Paget

    1. Oops! Not thinking clearly today. That would be "Good afternoon!"

    2. Deer Paget! I'm so sorry about your back! I'll send up some prayers for you! Let us know how you're doing!

We watched UGA beat Nebraska in a wonderful game--and we just spent the afternoon packing. I want to take a shower, but there's 16 dusty plastic bin lids in the bathtub waiting to be washed!

How's everyone's first day of the New Year?
