  1. Today we pray for Moore, Oklahoma.

Unbelievable damage and heartache after mile-wide tornado. So many, many people searching for survivors almost immediately. I have been watching live feed on Internet from TV station KFOR. I will post a link at bottom of this post. More storms today.

Good Morning Surfie. I saw your post from early this morning. Please let us know from time to time that you are okay. How is Karen? Your family? Friends at your job?

  5. Thanks to everyone of our Deer Pond Family for the prayers today. Prayers are so needed. That's why I love The Pond - we are all here for each other.

  6. Hi Deer Ponders. All of my family and old friends are safe. I've made so many new friends at work and friends who own or work in small companies that I interact with daily. ALL of those new friends either lost everything or have a close family member who lost everything. My office is south of downtown OKC, just a few miles from Moore.

Please keep everyone here in your prayers. It is beyond horrible.

    Now, please allow me:

I have never been more happy than now that I moved back home. We Okies are stepping up to help each other in heroic, selfless ways. None of which can really be captured on national news. I'm so proud of Oklahomans.

Here's talk on the street about the statement Obama (spit) made today. Really? FEMA is here to help? Really? Just keep the hell out of our way. We bitter clingers with our guns and Bibles are taking care of business.

Before I log off and heat up some leftovers: What has happened to the Breitbart sites? I just read comments over there about OKC news stories. Disgusted me.

    1. Hi Surfie,
I read your post to Froggy. She is going over to Breitbart to see what's going on.

Thanks for giving us update about your friends and family. We send prayers your way every day. Stay safe.
