Good morning! It is truly beautiful in Los Angeles today. I'm happy , happy. Had a great talk with my son last night. Our lives are changing. He's going to Korea when he graduates this spring. I'm going to OKC in a couple of weeks. We laughed, we cried. It was a beautiful conversation.
Pollywog kind spasmed up her back again--I guess it's going to be a recurring problem given her age an all... Anyway, I'm making her rest--have to just about sit on her, though!
I'm up and running now.. though slowly. I twisted a little, and I could feel my lower back become very unhappy. I am sending good wishes to all for a good day.
