Froggy will be fine at the dentist. It's just been a while since she went, and she's nervous. But I'm going with her. She'll go with the dentist, and I'll fall asleep in the waiting room.
How did it go, Froggy? I've spent untold thousands at the dentist to just keep the dental problems I inherited from causing me to wear dentures by now. Am going in for just a cleaning in 2 weeks and already start to hyperventilate when I think about it.
Hi Surfie, Froggy survived getting her teeth cleaned. She was a real trooper. She has two cavities and already made an appointment. That Delta Dental plan really helped with the cost. Plus the dentist sent us a letter to get us to come back after not seeing us for a couple years. Froggy gets $100 off any procedures after the cleaning. We are taking the savings off on the fillings.
Now that I know that I have Delta Dental too under a different plan, I asked how much it would cost to clean my teeth. Surprise! Surprise! I can get cleaning and x-rays free twice a year. So I have an appointment too.
Froggy went to rest her back, and I went downstairs to water our flowers. It's just one of those days. The water in the patio was turned off. A neighbor let me get some water from her apartment. Froggy's snapdragons are watered and happy.
Wog, you have to tell me what plan you have with Delta. When I looked into it the monyhly premium was very high. I joined American Seniors so that I could get dental insurance through them. I took their plan that covers the most but it still doesn't cover much. I am glad that it worked out for you.
Joe & I used to be with Delta Dental until his employer changed plan options and we had to choose another one. We never had problems with them, so I'm glad to hear that's who you're with. Still no fun to go. Did you guys really think what I said was worthy of a t-shirt? I'm honored!!
Gulp... I have to go to the dentist today, so I won't be any good til I get back. Wish me luck!
